Watched Reporting Scotland earlier. Nosferatu mentioned something about that vile, morbidly obese, mass of no f*cking talent Corden being on the twitters this week, wanting Stuart at West Ham :suspect:

I think I speak for us all when I say - Eff off, ya fat carrot. F*ck you, and f*ck your scheidty West Ham :carrot:
This needs to be made a sticky.

Not as effective or comfortable when he is picking the ball up deeper.
Disagree with this. Wasn't great today, but think he gives us a better option from deep, and this is amplified when Rogic is in there.
X2

I think he had too much to do today because he was trying to be the most obviously attacking of the central midfielders on the ball which is the role Rogic would be taking up if he had played. Stuart is great at driving from deep and pulling the whole team forward but he benefits from having a player in the hole to play with/off.

Good player. Seems to be improving well under BR. Hope we get him tied up on another deal. If not, punt.

It was around the time we signed him. Rogic hadnt played for us for a long time, so admittedly I probably wasnt even considering him then.

Make him an offer he can't refuse. Not only is he a bit special, I suspect he'll be happy to stay as long as the club continues to think big, and we need to balance the inevitable turnaround of our top stars after a couple of seasons by retaining guys like SA. Continuity and all that.

Aye. Reading Brendan's post match comments about going forward there's no way he'll let Stuart go over a few quid. He says the club has backed him financially so far so I'm pretty confident this will be resolved.

I think the slightly longer than the rest "thank you" chat on the pitch yesterday worked BOTH ways - I have a feeling Armstrong was being told Brendan wants him to be the fulcrum point of his midfield over the next few years in a "stick with me kid" sort of way.

Do you think the first time he did that slightly rubbish kiss-blowing goal celebration his teammates ripped the pish so much it made him resolve to do it repeatedly and as ostentatiously as possible in future? I do.
