Increasingly in a league of his own.

If someone could extract that extra 5% from him (stamina, ruthless cutting edge) I don't think he'd be playing for us.

Pure class.
I was just about to post that, if he had more stamina/strength/speed what a player he would be, but he wouldn't be playing for Celtic, he'd be off elsewhere for a monster of a fee. His quick feet, rolling of opponents on the turn/half turn who dive in and technique - especially in tight situations where he looks boxed in - are an absolute joy to watch at times.
Still can't believe he fluffed that sitter against the Huns though  almost on a par with Roberts last season

Pretty much all of his goals have been special in some way. Also convinced his ankles are made of rubber. A joy to watch.

Made his goal look so easy. A sublime first touch and a nonchalant finish :worthy:

Really is turning into a class act

Worth persevering with for now I think but is he any better than Liam Henderson?
was just amending the sub headline, and couldn't resist re-posting this thread opener from the usually super reliable B. Peru.

Was there not a thread about an golden age under Deila  ;)

His first touch is remarkable and he has the feet of a magician. Sometimes feel that he tries to do too much and holds onto the ball a little longer than necessary, but I can't begrudge him that. He's a special talent.

For long enough we complained that we needed a creative forward midfielder who could be allowed to do his job while the rest of the midfield covered for him. We've now got that, despite anything about his fitness he should be close to being first name on the team sheet. A truly exciting footballer.
