For any Oz based tims/kds'ers

How is he perceived over there?
I love the guy
Been watching Tom for years when he played for the Central Coast Mariners. I remember thinking years ago that he was a definite footballing talent.

When he signed for us I was over the moon and even his lay off through injury never disheartened me as I really knew wee was on to something good.

Full credit to the lad in bouncing back and plaudits to Celtic for getting him through his injury woes, also Brendan Rodgers who has realised his potential, with further coaching it's only going to get better for the lad and us.

In Oz he has been well known for several years and always held in high regard. Most punters out here had the feeling he would be snapped up and developed by a big club.

I love watching the lad play, the way he can muscle past two or three of the opposition and the ball is stuck to his feet.

His vision is sublime and he offers a passing range that few can match. His shooting was a bit wayward yesterday, but no doubt he will get it back on track.

Love the guy
I thought he was crap for quite a while, didn't really do much and lacked a bit of fight, how wrong I was. His touch is sublime and, whisper it, but the way he runs with the ball reminds me of Paul McStay a bit.

To think there was a good chunk of folk wanting him sold cos of his fitness.

The guy has consistently been one of our best players for the last 8 months.

An absolute joy to watch this season. The way he shields the ball and comes out of tackles in possession is fantastic.
Will sadly be Southamptons best player next season probably.

Ronny deserves a lot of the credit for Rogic's progress over the last couple of years. He was nowhere until Ronny brought him in last season and he's kicked on from there.

He's not the fittest player we have in the team but that can be justified by the hours of traveling he does to play for his national team and his previous long term injury. Think that can be overlooked.

He's this generations Lubo/Naka. Might not be at their level yet but when he's on song he's brilliant to watch. Still not reached his prime and is only going to get better.

Always looking to find space to receive a pass. If he could work on his touch (can still be a little too heavy at times) and decision making (sometimes waits too long to release the ball or runs into congested areas) then he could really step up a level.

Too much is made of him not finishing games. Wingers and no. 10s regularly get changed in matches. They're the creative players. It's not always due to fitness. Sometimes players run out of ideas and it's wise to try something different.

In the two jobs I've had here, everyone in the office who knows anything about football asks about Rogic. They seem to rate him, certainly the most highly-rated Australian.

The tightrope that every Celtic player has to walk. From being not good/fit enough, punt, to being away to the Premiership next year, all in the space of a few short weeks.

100% agree with that he obviously felt he had the ability and gave him the chance to prove it he will only get better and out of the current side will be the next £10m plus player plying his trade in the south coast of England in a few years time.

 good point - I had more or less written him off as a failed project but fair play to Ronny he seems to have been the driving force in turning his celtic career around
