Anything upwards of 5 million plus is definitely worth considering. He's a tidy player but there's a real lack of pace.
Why does it matter? Some of the best players in the world have no pace.

Maybe the right moment to cash in on him. Not sure he´s Rodgers type of midfielder (from what I read).
Never hindered Sigurdsson.

Not a big issue but the Commentator mentioned English based players but not once did he mention that Rogic was a Celtic player
He mentioned it several times.

Maybe you were not watching ITV.

Yes he did, mentioned he won goal of the season in the SPFL for Celtic this season.
Also said he'd been at Celtic for three years and started to become a regular at Celtic this season.

His agent (and by extension Tom) are being a bit shampooe here after we stuck by him after his injury.

Agents do what agents do. I'd like to see him stay, but if he wants to go, then let him go this summer.

He's probably on a pittance in comparison to his team mates.
I can understand him wanting a decent wage and his agent pushing for it.
Hopefully he signs a new deal though, always rated him and seems to be over and injuries and fitness has improved dramatically.
Only going to get better.

Hopeful he stays but have that sinking feeling, Miller and Maloney both went in poorer circumstances so wouldn't be amazed if Tom departed.

Names please? :ponder: Very few in the modern era as defenders are so well coached now anyone without decent pace can be contained, unless they are extra special. He's nowhere near that level of player. Some great skills but unable to get away with it at a higher level IMO. If there was a decent offer or he wants big money, punt. Otherwise happy to keep and see what happens under BR.

In all honestly, if he goes to a Premiership club he may not get the starts that he would with us. I'd love him to stay because we don't have too many players that are as two footed as him. The switch of feet and pass for Christie's goal in the last game of the season, was sublime.

Last season was really his first injury free season and I'd like to see what Rodgers can do with him and I reckon there's more to come from the big fella. However, we do need to trim the squad and it maybe the case that we cash in as we are well stocked in that area of the pitch.

I genuinely don't think I would be.

Questionable fitness, questionable work rate. Hasn't turned up for a game at Celtic Park yet. Guilty of vanishing for large parts of the game.

We'll see but I don't think he'll make it here. He's also only got a year left on his deal.

Yep you would be. You'd be selling him for what you think he's worth.

That's mental.

People on here said they would bite the hands of an EPL club for £6m for Virgil. We got £12m and his value has doubled. Crystal Palace paid £7m for James effing McArthur.
