Really excited to see how Rogic performs this season.

Starting to think the crazy Aussie guy I worked with may have been right.

I can see Rodgers trying to get him to play the role Coutinho did for him at Liverpool. He's exactly BR's kind of player. Really excited to see him next season.

Really like him but disagree that exactly BR's type of player. Said on another thread, as it stand his fitness is not up scratch so he wouldn't cope with BR's demands of closing down and aggression in the transitions. The new coaching staff will hopefully help improve this because the technical ability is there for all to see.

I'm not sure that anyone at the club was as fit as they should have been last season, all too often we looked knackered in the last 15 minutes of games. Hopefully one thing Rodgers will be able to do is get the fitness levels up again.

BTW, I'm sure I read that Leicester subbed Riyad Mahrez in more than the games he played this season just gone, so if a player's good enough then he can be accommodated no matter what his stamina's like. (not that I'm suggesting Rogic is quite at Mahrez's level of course)

In the Ajax game he was blowing out his fundament after 25 minutes. He stood at the edge of the box while we were taking a corner leaning back holding his sides and gasping for breath. I like him but his potential to get to a human level of fitness remains at question. £7M would be a shockingly good price for him at this stage.

Does he have some sort of underlying issue explaining his seeming lack of fitness? Surely there's absolutely zero excuse for him not to be fit?

The Ajax game was at the start of the season, as you well know.
It was evident that his fitness improved as the season went on, a point that was often commented on in match threads.
Using that game to try and highlight your opinion is daft.

Mahrez? Wee Okazaki must think games only last 60 minutes in the Premiership.

Rogic will go on to be a fantastic football player and is a very good one right now.

Keep him for a couple of years then cash in.

Think he's worth more in English money, and if we can keep him for another season and BR can get him playing regularly then neXt year he will be worth twice as much.

Really think some folk are underestimating how much cash these English clubs are going to have.

I expect championship clubs to be offering £7 million odds for our players soon and EPL clubs can start at £10 million.
