Hopefully he'll resign and it'll be the big story in the week before the cup final.
There is no way he is signing before the world cup. His agent will be on his case about using it as a shop window and rightly so.

If he does sign on again it will most likely be in the middle of August.

Maybe BR has had a word and told him the front line will be built around his magnificent size 14 feet. Not many other attacking and dominating teams will offer him a key role. Come on, Tam. We love you. Don't break our hearts.

I can understand that logic on the part of him and his agent. However in a Group with France, Peru and Denmark, the Australia team will be going home early and I'll be very surprised if he gets very many chances to shine.

They are really not a very good team at all and he doesn't really make them a whole lot better.

You’re probably right there mate.

He’d be daft to sign a new contract prior to the World Cup.

Think he’ll sign an Armstrong type contract to provide him the opportunity to stay another year or so combined with his value being bumped up if a bid did come in over the WC.

Don't think its a definite that they'll be going home early, Peru & Denmark are hardly world beaters lol. Fight for second between those 3 i'd say.

Peru and Denmark are substantially better than Australia, who finished third behind Saudi Arabia and overcame Syria over two legs after extra time.

New deal before the World Cup won’t be a problem for his agent. The loss of a huge signing on fee can be made up in different ways and certain clauses inserted if he does want to leave after the summer. It protects Celtic and Rogic.

If it’s that or nothing, I will take it. Watching Tam on song is a thing of beauty and one of the main sources of enjoyment in recent seasons.

Stay Tam. We love you. You love us . Southampton are jobbies. China is pants.

Think everyone is going OTT here. If he was that good Australia wouldn’t have finished behind Saudi Arabia and he’d have done something in the CL. Amazing performances against the Huns don’t make him completely irreplaceable. It’s up to our well-payed scouts to find someone as good.
If Ryan Giggs was that good Wales would have qualified for a major tournament while he was playing.

The well paid scouts might find someone as good. The chances of Celtic paying the required transfer fee and wages are slim though.

Guys like Rogic are the reason we enjoy watching football. I've no problem with our fans getting excited about him and going OTT as you put it.
Yep if he was as good as Bale they indeed would have. And I did watch every Australia World Cup qualifier so I’m sticking by it.

Its a gamble waiting to see how the WC goes.

Touch wood - but if he does himself serious harm, I'm not sure Celtic will come to the rescue if they're being dicked about before then.

Just sign Big Man

Absolutely.

I’ve thought about kidnapping, tied and bundled in the boot sorta thing but the slippery bassa would just wriggle free, make room for himself and leave me standing there alone like a right twat.

I'd love him to resign but can understand if would want to try something new. Hopefully, he goes to a league & a team where his talent can shine. Spain, Italy or Germany would be good for him.
