A magical goal and then he injures Norman as well
Is Psycho not rumoured to be jumping ship on a Bosman? Getting kangarooed might be the last we ever see of him.

I think he’d be mad to leave.
Totally agreed. He'll never play for a bigger club, and he won't have as many starts if he goes down south. He's another broken toy due to his endurance, speed and fitness issues - if he had those 3 attributes he could play for anybody. Because he'll never have them, he should realise he's never going to have it this good again.

The same with any of the other 'wanted' players in the squad

I tend to agree with this a little bit. He is a wonderful footballer but unquestionably has fitness, strength and stamina issues. If he can resolve these, he can play for just about anybody, as you suggest.

The guy he most reminds me of is Matthew Le Tissier, who had a great one-club career. I'm hoping Tom will realise that he is exactly where he's supposed to be.

Quoting limited to 3 levels deep
Man U

Rangers in the JVoH game

Last minute free kick at Kilmarnock

Naka scored in big games. So does Tom.
He didn't affect games the way Rogic did. Yes they were great goals.
But Rogic , Ibrox; Hampden, CL qualifiers Pittodrie when we need him.

Naka didn't have that in his armoury today. Both great players.

Rogic better though. His mentality also better.
 pish.

That was a far, far bigger game than Sunday against a far superior hun team.

Comparing Rogic to Naka is like comparing apples and oranges. Both great players who are capable of winning games out of absolutely nothing and delighted to have seen them do their stuff for us.

The Matt Le Tissier comparison is a good one. Rogic is one of those players that any club could well take a punt on just for his ability alone. He is a big game player with the nerve to play clinical football.

He doesn’t need to last 90 mins, he can change everything with a few seconds.

I like Rogic but he is nowhere near as good as Le Tissier was.

Naka and Rogic both massively skilled players. I think Naka was wasted to an extent being shoved out wide, whereas Rogic is in the thick of it.

Hope we get Rogic sorted on a new deal. We've just seen what the team is like without him and Roberts. What he's got isn't easily replaced.

I think the point was that, like Le Tissier, Rogic might want to recognise that he's at the best club for his talents.

Don't think he has strength issues. One of the strongest players when sheilding a ball.
He does have some fitness issues though.

Deserves a bump I thought.

Some very good play today, finding those spaces between the lines and driving at the defence when he had the ball. Brilliant to see him back near last season's form.

Tried his absolute best to make a goal happen, was unlucky. Can't expect him to ping one into the top bin every game. Had one selfish moment but was otherwise excellent.

Would love to have a vintage Naka in this current side. Would suit it perfectly IMO.

Very unique player. Two footed and looks if he will loae the ball constantly when in possession but rarely does because opponents cannot figure him out.

Not as good as Naka but bhoy is a player and great to watch
