That quiz question about a nightmare being the origin of Dunfermlines badge must be rubbish as it tells you on their official site exactly what everything on their badge means.

Keevins was talking about Jock and BFDJ said that the first time he met Jock Stein was when he came to his house and sat in his living room and tried to sign him, fits with the story about Jock signing prods cos he knew Rangers wouldnt sign catholics

I've heard we tried to sign him but why would he knock us back for the Huns in '68 when we were a top European team and when he was a Dundee United fan?

The last time BFDJ was 14 stone he was trying to find his way out of his mother's womb.

Highlight of tonight's phone in was so subtle nobody seemed to notice it. Asking people to get in touch with memories of their first old firm/glasgow derby.

Somebody texted in saying his first glasgow derby was Phil o'donnell debut when he scored. It didn't click with anyone in the studio that was against Partick and not the huns.

Scored twice I think in a 2-1 win

RIP Phil

A few weeks training and he could sign for the new lot on the same terms.

Probably spent the last eight years gorging himself on a plethora of thesauri and copius volumes of Encyclopedia Britannica, all with a view to making a sterling entrance to the KDS scene. Instead, he reached the same conclusion that many on here would have postulated within mere minutes: He's an arse of the highest order and needs to wheesht.

Or maybe it's no him, I dunno.

Had heard this before. Apparently his brother did some of the negotiations and money was an issue. He wasn't a hun before he joined them and, despite being an apologist in the extreme for whatever board/ manager/ best mate is in charge, I don't think he's a rabid Catholic hating bigot. Thick as pigshampoo mind.

I was born in 66 when the bold BFDJ was only 12yo and my folks still managed the feat of giving me the same name (minus the BF bit lol).how effing unlucky was I
