I can assure you he is a Celtic man, just like his grandfather Jack McGinn our old chairman.
:ponder: You sure about that?
Two of his uncles are good mates and been to umpteen Celtic functions over the years with MG. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions on people however he is a Celtic man and to say otherwise is based on nothing but made up pish.

Strange Celtic man that doesn't watch our games, especially when he is paid to comment on said games.

Haven't a clue what he does from week to week re football, however that does not away the fact that he is a Celtic supporter. My own guess is that within the media in Scotland to nail your colours to Celtic, and I m not talking about ex-players now working in the media, is a sure way to lose work.

Only my thoughts on the subject.

Number of posters on here who get information from certain football agents I am sure can confirm the allegiance of MG.

Yeah I'm not doubting you. I genuinely couldn't tell you one way or the other myself.

He has in the past claimed he was sleeping while we were playing and then the other night said he hadn't even seen the goals from one of the main domestic matches he is paid to pass comment on.

He very well might be a Celtic man but he has a strange way of showing it.

Know someone who went to school with him. He was/is a Celtic supporter, but is tailoring his cloth to the current style, job and media wise. He sure comes across as an arrogant dik tho

I see my man Lawrie from Dennistoun is making waves as per. Absolute clown of a man. Can imagine he's got a wee local with about 8 guys in it that just listen to his every word. There must be a reason he tries to talk like a effing 1950s match report.

Is it because he's a tedious, flatulent, Pooterish windbag, and an massive, massive Uncle Tim? :ponder:

Frank ask hugh and BFDJ about tax evasion, Hugh agrees with most the guy says, but the silence of that fat piece of shampoo says it all. Frank (the caller) is side stepped for another hun caller and you can't keep the fat man quiet

 that's a few of the reasons Shug, aye. Add in his exceptionally limited knowledge of actual football despite his insistence to talk about it, and I think we may know why Lawrie from Dennistoun' only social interaction is with a phone-in.

Laurie, he really is an auld tool god bless him.

The tone of the call was to forget the negativity of the past 5 years, welcome The Rangers challenge cause last year was a yawn, Hibs are back so they are and that's good, and all focus on the positive of the new up and coming season. Scottish football is back dontcha know.......

Utter baws , switched car radio off.

I used to play fives alongside a guy who was part of the production team on Real Radio when Roughy, Jackson etc were on it. I know for a fact a large percentage of the phone calls were pals who were encouraged to call. It'll be the same all over.
