Droppping the wee fella off at footy tonight we got to give the phone in a listen

Clyde is just a collection of ill informed noise (yes - the panel) but radio shortbread?

Dear oh dear Tom English up against Dick Wilson and wee Barry (8)

I'm reminded of Billy Connolly's 'I lie for a living' bit - 'take my word for it there is no recession, Dow jones? I don't even know who the man is! Wouldn't speak to him if I did'

No money? Red herring No leadership, it's over played - they're a club having a 'transitional moment' and none of this in any way looks bad or would put anyone off

The money will be made available so why are you saying they've no money? Warbs did this at Brentford too so just saying, There is clear leadership at Rangers and why are people saying there is not?

It was a desperate and at times funny but ultimately sorry reflection on why these idiots will never truly be free of the chains that constantly drag them back down

Their inability to look critically at anything is staggering, their faith in one guy one dodgy as eff guy is something to see - even when they are being lied to in public they find a way of reframing it to make it all better

Their loyalty to warbs had evaporated like snow at Sellafield

This is. It a blip, a scratch on the way back - if these idiots believe there is a kitty with 23 mill left in it, they are on the glue and even if there is, 12 million over the next year or so isn't gonna be enough to catch us, it might make second a little less stressful on ocassion but it might not even be enough get you a cup given a large chunk of that 13 just continues to keep the lights on and hire the heaters for home games

As my granny used to say - Hell slap it into them

They deserve everything they get

Deluded fools
We have the same granny?

Jesus wept, Dick Wilson's desperately trying to pretend everything is alright
Heard him - absolutely embarrassing as he laid into Warburton (not up to the job / a history of bailing out as evidenced by his departure from Brentford) and supported GASL

As was Kris Boyd who called in earlier in with fawning support for Billy Davies

Tom English did his best to challenge them both - only to be met by squeals of derision from Boyd and silence from Wilson

The fact that the Huns have no money is "a complete red herring" according to Dick Wilson.

He really is worse than Derek Johnstone.
Incredible tonight.

Wilson talks garbage with complete conviction. It's actually quite impressive how he can whitewash anything they do.

The degree of desperation really is something to behold! :chuffed:

Kris Boyd came across as more credible than Richard Wilson.

The consensus on FF was that Wilson was brilliant which says it all.

Complete hun apologist.

Boyd defence of Billy Davies's character flaws was funny but at least he accepts that the likes of De Boer are a non starter.

Wilson made a spectacle of himself by saying they are well run and money is not an issue. But as you say it plays well with what a large element of their support wants to hear - to hell with the reality.

Collective astonishment in the Sportsound studio at Dick Wilson's revelation that this Hun team takes home £10m a year in wages. Barry and Tom English lost for words
That was amazing and it's right, they paid £6.44m last season on first team wages according to their accounts and Kings said they've added over £4m.

I am generally a fan of Sportsound - especially when Richard Gordon is hosting or Jim Spence is involved - but last night's edition was a new low from the BBC. Richard WIlson, Barry Ferguson and Kris Boyd, with only Tom English for balance? FFS! Barry's plaintive cries of "why would anyone want to leave Rangers?" were simply pathetic and the failure to seriously challenge this statement by using (shock!) the truth was ridiculous. Boyd's claim that he "hears what people write" was only surpassed for hilarity by the silence that followed Richard Wilson's claim that the Sevco squad are being paid £10m per year. Even the bold Bazza wouldn't swallow that one (and he will know what most of these guys are being paid).

And Richard Wilson in particular was an utter disgrace last night - his complete lack of professionalism and objectivity was among the worst I have ever heard from a Scottish "journalist". He is either so blinded for his love of Sevco that he is incapable of seeing the truth or he is fully aware of how bad things are but deliberately chooses not to report the truth. Either way, he is a disgrace and should be nowhere near the BBC. His belief that all is well simply because Sevco directors have pledged in the accounts to cover any shortfall is simply breathtaking in its ignorance. He casually stated how year on year losses were OK - even normal - and were nothing to worry about.

5 years to the day that they entered Admin, nothing has changed. I suppose I should be delighted as it makes the demise of Sevco as inevitable as the demise of Rangers, but there is a part of me that wonders if we will ever rid ourselves of the willful ignorance that was displayed last night.

I hope not. Its the kind of pish SMSM came out with before the death of their big team. Long may it continue if it continues to delude the fans of their rancid spawn club

One old codger last night stated if it wasn't for King they'd 'have no club'

No one asked how that would work - given a club can't die I am told - how would there ever be a situation where they had 'no club'? They don't even see their own hypocrisy

In some ways I think there are many orcs who have this built in need to be told what to think and feel by a guy in a suit and brogues and who not only knows the words to the Billy Boys but but sings it with them - that's what they meant when they got their 'club back'

They all fell for Chuckie cause he indulged their need for an orange strip

They are mugs
