I know he is still getting used to playing regularly but ultimately he is costing us goals, Ronny needs to decide on his preferred centre back pairing and play them for a good 5 or 6 games. Back 4 has no confidence at the moment with the chopping and changing.

Edit: Spelling

There is a good player in there but due to lack of first team games over the years, settiling into ta new club or just simply lack of confidence, he is a liability. The constant changes to the back 4 can't be helpin him. In the old days you would have him beside an experienced centre back who can talk him through games. He has had VVD, although a cracking player, I Never had him down as a leader. Mulgrew isn't the experienced CB you need either.

So we are stuck with him and will need to persist and hope it comes good. Maybe our new CB will be good for him?

Makes Tebily look like Baresi.

Who the eff thought he would be a good idea?
Man City? :ph43r:
Man City's reserves rejects.

Heard they've got a game against Ajax coming up this week.

Apart from anything else, that tackle was rank stupidity considering the guy was on the effin by-line.

He'll never do, he needs time on the ball and can't pass.
Every manager in Scotland will know how to pressure him by now.
Is he not our only right sided CB as well now?

Stick him up front. :ph43r:

At the moment he looks as if he is going to cost us a goal a game, and he seems incapable of learning from his errors.
Utter bombscare.

You talking about the foul that set up the free kick for the winner? That was Efe.

We're now signing diddies at the back as well as up front...I really hope Simunovic is class or we could concede a lot this year, I'd play Efe over Boyata every day of the week

And to think there were some saying that we had replaced Denayer effectively :lmao:

This guy is an absolute diddy. Thinks he's a footballer as well which makes it even worse.

Agreed.

He was bad yesterday, but who wouldn't be playing beside Mulgrew?

After the Real Sociedad game in preseason I confidently predicted he'd stroll it here. Every performance since has been :twitch:

Will need to work like eff to prove he's good enough.

Aye, cos he looked like Baresi when Virgil was playing with him.

Mulgrew is a better footballer than Boyata and I'd play him at cb before him too.
