Etims say he feels underappreciated by the fans
Maybe if he effed up a bit less he would be. He certainly was the 2nd half of last season.

Never been a fan.
Just not good enough to play every game in one of the most crucial positions in the starting 11.

My fault then. I don't trust him and never have. I was glad he had a good half season last year after his nightmare first season. However dirtying his shorts at Hampden against the zombies said to m he will be suspect under pressure and he has been.

He had a decent season last year. His confidence in possession is shot though. Probably doesn't help having Jozo playing beside him the way he's been. We really need better more consistent defenders. Too many can't be trusted.

Boyata maybe an athlete, but he's no footballer, there's the problem right there...too many "ballers" consider themselves athletes 1st. I used to think he was another Lenny...sideways/backways passes all day long, but I do NL a disservice.at least Lenny got tore in too.

Gives me the fear every time we play the ball back to him, he’s crap with the ball and often crap without it. One good game per dozen, doesn’t make him good enough for us, punt asap

When he has time on the ball he's a nightmare not really knowing where to pass to and when he's under pressure he's a nightmare. Good recovery but I'd get as much as we can for him if he's not re-signing.

He’s not crap with the ball, he more often than not finds a pass but it’s just too late. It’s his decision making and the length of time to make it that lets him down which puts the player receiving the pass under pressure.
Boyata should know who he is passing to before he himself receives the ball. Gordon has the same problem.

It’s effin simple, the whole game is played out in front of them which means they can see everything that’s going on. Keep yer head up and move the baw early ffs.

He's been that way since he signed, the more time he has on the ball the more nervous he looks. He's a bomb scare atm.

I'd play him with the Compper instead of Jozo. He cans still defend, just give the other 3 defenders the ball before him. I don't actually know anything about the new guy but I assume he's better with the ball at his feet than the current CBs.

Can’t wait until he’s no longer a Celtic player. He’s rank rotten and every time he gets on the ball, I get nervous.

Having said that, he’s due a wee cheeky goal from a corner
