Has he come out of Tete's back pocket yet?
He fell out, arms in the air looking at the ref.
He then fixed his hair.

Tete is a very good RB who will soon be the Netherlands starting RB and has the potential to play at a very high level.

Griffiths did, before the kick off. A cheeky wee flick to the side.

Gareth Bale was the worst for it

Forrest did exactly what he was meant to do on Thursday night, and that was protect Izzy by pressing Tete at every possible opportunity. It's something that I don't see Forrest doing often, but he did it superbly against Ajax. He put in a hell of a shift.

He did but there were times when I wanted Ronny to switch him to the right. Perhaps the lack of any one to fit in that role on Thrusday forced the managers hand.

Whats the point of having a guy getting to the bye line when all he has to aim at in the middle is a wee guy? All that happens then is he gets slaughtered for being a shampooe crosser of the ball because he can't find a 5'9'' striker amongst two 6' plus centre halves. He is better in this system cutting in on to his strong foot and either having a pop at goal or trying quick link up passing with the other 3 attackers

Who is also dangerous getting forward. Not that you'd have known that much the other night.

Now entering the cauldron, everybody put your hands together and welcome, enter the dragon....Jamsie Forrest.

As James proceeds to stand upon the snooker table and helicopter to a shocked audience.

Just read on the GMS thread that Forrest has zero goals and zero assists in 11 appearances this season. Checked it on Wikepedia (I know) and it was corroborated. That stat comes as a shock to me. It seemed to me that Forrest was playing better this season than in the last 3-4 years. However, as a "creative" player to have no goals and no assists in 11 games, well it's just not very good is it?

I think he's had a decent start to the season but it is definitely a legitimate criticism of his game that he currently isn't creating or scoring enough goals.

That said, he has made a few decent opportunities recently (one for Griffiths against Ajax springs to mind) and he has been unlucky with a few efforts on goal (hit the bar last weekend).
