Good player, coming back to his old self. Looks like he can have a good season.

Shame him and Izzy are this seasons whipping boys it seems. Some ridiculous criticism of both so far this season.

It seemed like last night was the first time we'd seen him running full pelt for god knows how long.

Ronny said that we were trying to sort his mentality as he has been scared to go at 100% in case of another injury and it finally looks like he might be over that.

No doubt he'll start on Saturday and do 90 minutes of running down the line and not delivering a cross.

Would be a huge asset if we can get him playing like last night on a consistent basis though. I'd sort of forgotten what he looks like when he plays well..
No doubt.

He should be rested on Saturday and starting on Wednesday.
I'd like to see him play against Caley to keep his confidence going.

A rest? - he's been resting for the best part of his career so far :)
You just have to get a wee negative in about him eh!

Ate my own body weight in humble pie yesterday when i said before the game he wouldn't beat their fullback all night. Unplayable last night but needs to show that more often.

A lot more positivity here now for Forrest

He did well against Killie but actually not the "big performance" I was hoping for.

He can play better and I also expect him to contribute goals.

He is capable of being a big player for us.

Didn't see the game, reports are he did well in a game we didn't win. I will hold judgement until I actually watch him play. Here's hoping it's not one good for many bad

That isn't holding judgment. That's refusing to give praise when it's due

I didn't see the game, how can I judge that?

At a few points in the game they had 3 men on him. We lack a player really capable of taking advantage of the space that he creates.
I agree with your point though, he's a player capable of winning this tie for us.

Superb again tonight. Tired toward the end and if we hadn't had the three injuries he wold certainly have come off. Don't even let him train before Tuesday....
