Wouldnt be surprised to see him go to Bolton in the summer, along with Mulgrew.

Needs a heart transplant. Spineless. Maybe he'll come good but he's been flattering to deceive for about three years now.

Also, I know it's superficial and totally irrelevant, but he runs like a fairy.

Looks like he's playing with his legs tied together and his shoulders pinned to his ears. What once was supposedly one of the top young talents in Europe is now an injury ravaged ghost of a player. What a shame.

Add to that a brain transplant with someone who can see space and read a game. It's small wonder he's able to walk upright

Here's a question, as i reckon we will get rid of one, not two, due to the home grown status, who would you punt, McGregor or Forrest.

I would have said McGregor by a mile until recently, now I'm not so sure.
Depends what Deila genuinely thinks about Forrest and bearing in mind Pistol will want some dosh in and wages freed up other than his biggie which will be VVD but I wouldn't be surprised to see Forrest,Mulgrew and McGregor all away.

Don't like criticising our players but he makes it difficult. Chicken hearted, no application, stupid hair. One of the few in the team I'd be genuinely glad to be rid of. Sad to think how exciting he was to watch during his debut season.

I missed the game due to work tonight, so can't comment on that.

But aside from his pace -which as has been mentioned, seems to be less potent -what does he offer? He's technically ok, but has never been one to really unlock defences with a bit of guile.

The way GMS attacks full-backs fearlessly is what Forrest should be doing. I could almost excuse the lack of defensive nous if he could at least offer a serious attacking option, but all the aspects of his game which made him so promising seem to have dulled significantly.

It's a shame, because theoretically Forrest would be a perfect fit for Deila's system.

I know I probably have a cheek after my criticism of Matthews but Forrest needs to be given the chance to get fully fit and match for before he can be judged on the park. Right now the number of injuries is disappointing but Deila has already said he is working with him to solve the problem and get him more game time. This needs to be given a chance to happen. I understand the need for an avenue to vent after a disappointing result. I suppose that shows how well we played tonight, that this is the only avenue open to the moaners.

I am far from his biggest fan but I don't think he was overly poor when he came on. Just didn't do anything of note, good or bad.
His lack of chasing down Juan Jesus in the build up to Inter's goal was criminal.
This. He was an empty jersey up until this point but his lack of closing down at the other end of the park was a disgrace in the build up to their goal. I thought it was telling that Johannsen, who played the entire game was harrying them and going into tackles at the edge of their box in the 9th minute while he was strolling about.

Sorry mucked that up. Blame the beer :chuffed:
