That sitter was a rid neck.
And his goal was a peach
Didn't see it.
You and the Rosenborg keeper.

Thought he played well tonight, even in the first half when out of position and quite often isolated. Took the goal well - shocking first touch though  . Never ever looked like he was going to score his 1-on-1. But put in a good shift overall.

But really. No one is proven right or wrong on their opinion on JF based on tonights performance. People have formed their opinions of him over a period of time. We all know he can do what he did tonight.

What a goal Jamesie. Four touches, three of them pish, and a wonder strike that the keeper never even saw. But wtf with the one on one?
I thought he did really well tonight.
Rogic should have been screaming at him to lay it off for him :suspect:
Never, ever shout at the shooter.

He`s a wonderfully inconsistent wee jobby like most wingers, even over 90 minutes and he runs like Mr Tickle out of the Mr Men. But he`s always thereabouts in these qualifiers, great strike.

I think that's spot on.

Complete effing rocket that no keeper would've saved. Except Boruc.

Quoting limited to 3 levels deep
So?
So unless he has eyes in the back of his head he couldn't see him
So if he actually looked up he'd have seen him. OK.

He would have to turn his head 120 degrees to see him. If he looked up he would have seen the goalie.

I don't understand what is so controversial in suggesting that Rogic could have given him a shout telling him he was on his left and ready for the lay off, but you can continue being contrary if thats what you prefer

I must say, the "look at all the stupid idiot James Forrest haters lol lol lol" posts really are a cut above the usual "Forrest is pish" stuff. Bravo.

 he's so effin frustrating -I don't know if it's belief

Maybe he needs to be put in a darkened room with videos of robben and realise what tf he could do if he just believed and destroyed the opposition

Cracked in a beauty - I'm sure the first couple of touches were just to fool the defence

The one on one was frustrating as hell - I just think top players should be burying chances like that but I'm quite prepared to let it slide tonight!! Well done

To me that game perfectly encapsulated Forrest. When he goes on instinct and runs at players and gets shot's away under pressure he can be a fine player and useful addition to the squad.

Give him time to think though and he is as much use a pair of tits on a bull elephant.

Might finally get a wee chant from the fans now that his contribution has surpassed Carlton Cole.

Confidence players thrive on that kind of thing.

He is a very, very lucky boy to still be at Celtic.

He isn't and has never been good enough for us.

Since he has broken into the first team he's had a good half a season - if that and a few flashes of brilliance but contributed feck all-else (I know he has been injured for some of that).

I honestly fail to see what some others (Remy) see in this guy.

He's an imposter.
Don't think 1 very well taken goal changes much
I'm sure some who knows about precious metals will correct me if I'm wrong but I'd say that one goal, on top of his Karagandy strike, makes him worth more than his weight in gold.

I can't think of a chorus that has moans, groans and FFS's in it that come across in a positive manner.

wee man a had a solid outing. Ran all night, closed them down and took his goal very well.
That part the haters did not notice "the work he put in tonight " although I must say I am not surprised.
