"Comfortably better" than Patrick Roberts according to one poster on here.
Name and shame.

Wait, was Forrest born in 95?! :o :hmmm:
If Forrest was born in '95 atleast he'd still have youth on his side.

He must be feckin amazing in the training ground, must be.
You say that as though he's never delivered in a match situation, which is patently nonsense. He was excellent for six months last season. There's no getting away from the fact though that, so far, he's failed to respond positively to the opportunity to get back in the team now that Roberts has gone.

At that point in the season. Forrest was playing better than Roberts. Roberts finished the season strongly but wasn't exactly the standout folk made him out to be. Forrest kept Roberts out for most of the season. Fair effs though, i would say I was wrong

Nonsense. He has good spells here and there but he has never had anywhere near an excellent for 6 months in a row :nono:

Forrest was excellent the majority of last season and as said numerous times he did keep Roberts out the team. Our domestic campaign hasn't even started yet and there is plenty on his back already.

Fully expect the wee man to have another great year ahead.

I know this is old but hiya Mrs Forrest. Yer boys not good enough BTW and this just isn't on tonight's performance. He has been average for most of his time here.

Seems some have low standards in what they class as excellent.

Way too old to be a prospect and too young to retire.
We gave him a three year deal did we not? :ffs:

There's a world of difference between excellent and good. He played well at times. That can't be denied but he is too inconsistent to be rated as excellent.

Aye fair enough. As soon as I used the word excellent I had a feeing it would be jumped on. My point was he had a good season, and this season has hardly started yet and we are back to "PUNT" already.

Usually he starts the season off quite well and his form tails off. Unfortunately he has been poor from the get go this season. Hesitant in taking a man on, running the ball out over the byline time after time, powderpuff finishing, the list goes on and on.

I've been a fan of Forrest over the years, but I don't know how many chances he can expect to receive whilst contributing so little. Infuriates me, as if we could get the player from the League Cup Final of last season, we'd be laughing.

He was much better than Forrest that's for sure. He had an excellent last few months and showed at most points. he was better than Forrest.

You bang on about KT but you are seemingly blind when it comes to Forrest. Forrest isn't much further forward than when he first started for us. He is a one trick pony and over two legs against part timers he was invisible.

He's a squad player. Nothing more. The idea that he's anything like a replacement or equivalent for Roberts in the form he was in at the end of last season is daft.

Roberts didn't have a better season than Forrest. Forrest was pish tonight for what it's worth.
