Tired of saying (literally for years) that he's not good enough for Celtic.
Championship or Aberdeen is his level, and the former is pushing it.

He was a little better in the second half but that first half showing was terrible. He's the weakest link in our strongest 11.

Woeful. Aye the others where shampooe, and they will get in other threads, but he needs chased. He isn't good enough and has shown very little improvement since he first burst onto the scene.

Doesn't have a trick and his crossing is garbage.

Forrest has been muck and hooked early in all three games this season. Two of those were against Belfast's Airdrie.

He's not good enough.

But none of them have let us down as many times as Forrest has.

Capable of popping up with a good performance. Ocassionally puts together a decent wee streak of form. But all too often just not worth the shirt on his back. I really don't see him ever being consistent enough to hold down a first team place in a competitive squad. Find someone better, and let him go. He'll find his way back to Aberdeen or Hibs in a couple of years.

Happy to be proven wrong in time, but I just don't see that he's the answer to any of our problems.

Two of them are in the top bracket earners and one thinks he should be

What about our fierce 'giving the ball boys behind the goals catching practice' problem?

Sorry, this boy had it all when I seen him on Celtic Tv back in the day, with the reserves at that time, I really thought we had a cracker.

Total feckin mince, I would even take wee Maloney back now, more skill than he's ever got...or had.

Was watching a McGeady interview today and he was talking about how in his younger days if he had a couple of poor touches early on he knew he was going to have a bad game no matter what. Think Forrest is the same. Test his left back for pace on the outside early on and if he doesn't get the beating of him he goes in to his shell or starts cutting inside all the time.

He created loads of space for Lustig tonight with his movement.

Had some bright runs, and a couple of decent chances.

Wasn't even close to being our least impressive attacker.

He wasn't. But he's been given a huge vote of confidence from the manager. Roberts hasn't been replaced, Hayes has come in and Forrest has started all 3 of our games.

He's been poor in all of them too. He is what he is. A decent enough squad player but if we go into the season with him as our first choice on the right side of our attack it will be a huge failure.

Not his best game tonight, hopefully he will redeem himself next week otherwise it is going to be a long season for him.

No idea what he was playing at tonight but utterly useless. Either ran into traffic in the middle or crossed first time from deep to nobody. Looked terrified to take his man on.
