Hear he could be gone for a few weeks at least :-(
I don't think you'll see him again this year.

What kind of injury has he got?

If he is out until next year then I really hope Sinclair is back within the next two weeks.

Both players offer more off the ball movement than Roberts and at present are a better option than GMS - although GMS has earned the time to prove himself (no bottling it at Ibrox, wee man...).

It's a really big blow.

It is but for the first time in years we have quality replacements. We're out of Europe and have more than enough to dominate domestically.

We've got three top class wingers. We've got three top class centre backs. Good striking back up. Only place we're struggling is if Gordon gets injured.

Pish for Forrest but I won't lose sleep over Roberts getting an extended run. Sinclair should be back for the Dundee game.

Tbf he spent the best part of the latter half of last season on the bench. His longest run of regular first team football without an injury can't be longer than 6 months?

He'll be missed, but with Forrest's history and our domestic dominance there's really no need to take any chances.

GMS put in a decent shift the other night and if he can carry on like that will be an adequate replacement at least until Sinclair's back. It's not their preferred position but Armstrong, McGregor and Christie could all play there too if we needed them to. I think we're pretty well stocked with wingers in the development squad too, so we might see someone like Calvin Miller on the bench at some point.

A real shame for the lad, he's found real form and has blossomed under BR. Fingers crossed it's short-term.

Losing a few top performers of late, bound to happen but it's been refreshing that the manager and his staff are getting others to come in and do well. Would have feared losing top performers under RD.

"Minor hamstring injury... only a few weeks out", according to Rodgers.
