Those who want Forrest chased may well be disappointed. Brendan is going to give him a chance
Don't get the vitriol on here. I hope you're right.

No vitriol. He's just rubbish and hasn't kicked his own arse for about 5 years.

His one trick is to knock the ball 10 yards past his defender then attempt to outpace him but he's as soft as shampooe and just ends up getting outmuscled trying it then turns into the angel of the north. The odd occasion he does beat his man it's either a woeful cross or a shot into the stands.

I will find it hard to forgive the players who served up so many shampoo sandwiches last season, to suddenly start dishing out haute cuisine now RD is gone....
Forrest is definately in this category....

Aberdeen would be a good move for him
Wouldn't get a game ahead of Hayes.
Precisely my thoughts. The sheep can't afford to carry passengers. That should be our mentality too.

Weirdly it won't happen. At the 6-2 game nobody was GAF that 9 of the players on the pitch had been part of the Barnes / Dalglish capitulation in the previous months. We're a fickle lot granted but very easy to get back onside  #hunskelping

To be fair those players had so much more quality than the ones from last season.

I think he still should be sold, every season for the last 4 years we've being saying it was a big season for him and he hasn't delivered, best for both parties if he's moved on.

You say that now with the advantage of hindsight.
Not impossible that some players who have under-performed might thrive under BR.

He couldn't get a game ahead of GMS or CKR last season.

Why do you love him so much?

He wouldn't displace Hayes.

He would be battling with Pawlett for the place in the squad for 'running about a bit and not achieving anything'

Nah it will miss his arse but the door could trap his tadger given Jamsie's penchant for taking it out in public and waving it about

Indeed, though my point was about how quickly players get forgiven if they start delivering. Wasn't really about the quality as such.

Rodgers will play him wide of a front three on the left, cutting in while the left back provides the width. Roberts will be on the right with Grif leading the line.

He won't - griffiths will be shunted out wider and a new striker brought in
