Outstanding from the Kids. Really hope we manage to bridge the gap between development squad and first team.

Why? Thats our biggest problem. We leave these kids rotting in the reserves until they are 20 or 21 and then pap them out on loan never to return.

If he's good enough, get him in the team. Its not like we have an abundance of quality up front.

Nesbitt has been banging them in recently. Still only 18, sounds promising.

Anybody seen a lot of him? Just watched one of the goals he scored in the Youth Cup Final. An absolute belter.

I agree, we need to give them a chance to learn in the first team when they are still in their teens. Waiting till they are 21 and loaning them to Morton and the like doesn't ever work.

We have plenty of games in Scotland that are finished with 30 minutes to go so why not throw on a young striker and give him a chance to impress. Even if they are raw, if they have any talent at all they must be good enough to challenge for a place in the team.

How is Calvin Miller doing...? Wasn't he voted best player in the world for his age group at one point?

Miller played as the "one up" against Helsinki although that is not his normal position. He looks decent, but probably not ready for the step up. Nesbitt is not a striker either and p[lays either wide right, or behind the striker. Hopefully will ultimately provide goals for the top team from one of those positions.

eff the belters. I want a guy who scores with his earlobe after tripping over his own lace. I want a hero number 9, not a "forward"!
