I would welcome him back in a heartbeat, he's got no little skill and the determination to succeed with us. I've no idea what his level of affinity for the club but he seems the kind of grounded and willing player we should be building on. Let's face it he looks a better prospect than Johansen and seems to have the potential to rise to bigger challenges. What's the point of investing in Lennoxtown if we don't see it through? As a 20 year old kid he's gained a lot of experience and seems to have the right attitude to keep developing. I really hope he becomes a big player for us.

I'd gift him to Hibs as a "thank you" for making this weekend go further.
He wants another year at hibs on loan. Not sure how much it helps him, but a year in Europe (or 2 games) and a champions ship title challenge. We have too many players and he isnt near enough ready for out first team, so another loan wont do any harm.
Another year would probably be best for everyone

He should be given a chance to prove himself to the new manager. Let Rodgers decide if he needs a longer look at him or whether he would be best served back at Hibs for another year.

Good wee player.

Off topic: Bad hair. Hibs had some shocking hairdos today. The young boy Cummings the worst.

Agree.

He might just be the first of the new generation of Lennoxtown graduates who shows us what we are hoping for. Having said that no idea if he went to the school there😂

But the point remains is that with Henderson, Tierney, Aitchison, Ralston and Mark Hill we could, could, be seeing the fruits of a lot of hard work

Should go without saying, but Johansen would be a starter in that Hibs team.

Agreed. Corners aside, I actually thought he was below par today.

Decent player and deserves a chance, but for me he needs to improve and step up a lot if he is to have any chance.

Bitton (who I don't rate) johansen and brown would all be guaranteed 1st picks in that Hibs team. Liam is not. What makes everyone think that he should be in our midfield, and would improve it?

As I say, decent player but let's not build up expectations too high. His two loan spells have been good, but hasn't exactly set the heather on fire and been getting rave reviews!!

Who's Mark Hill?
Sure he's the boy we signed from Hamilton. Made the bench aged 13 for them so must have something about him, anyone clued in as to how he's performed in the youth team?

Nobody is doubting his set piece ability.

But he looked very pedestrian apart from that.

Dont get me wrong though, there is a player in there and I would love to see him back at CP this season.

Nobody said you were.

Fact is though, he was on the pitch a very short time and assisted the two goals. Very harsh to criticise him for being pedestrian when he's come on and influenced the game in such a way.

Apart from the stability factor I don't imagine he could be best served by spending another year in the second tier at Hibs. If we want to loan him out surely there would be takers in the Premiership or maybe the English Championship. You'd think that would be a better option for his development. That said we've already punted him out to Norway for a while as well so if he's happy enough in Edinburgh then fair enough, he gets a say too.
