I thought he did ok tonight. Tough game.
Agreed - never going to be at the level to make a major impact on that kind of game, but no shame in that. A solid utility player, makes a useful squad asset I'd suggest.
I'm surprised people haven't blamed him for Dembeles missed chance
He did alright, plays better in the middle than out wide. Good to see him get stuck in a few times as well, put one of the Barca players on their arse which he should be doing more often.

Thought he did fine tonight. Defensively he put in a good shift and he made some nice passes.

Not playing in Dembele tonight will probably haunt me more than his miss in Gladbach.

He's not the finished article as moment like that show but he's a fantastic squad player to have. Energetic, technically sound and has a good attitude.

I didn't think he was any worse than Armstrong and yet Sutton never gave over about it. He called it a wrong decision before the match and then spent the match justifying his call. McGregor played OK.

Don't think McGregor played well tonight (and Armstrong was better IMO) but totally agree about Sutton. So tiresome. He would basically look at a situation and then work out how he could blame McGregor for it.

McGregor, Lustig and Armstrong were our three worst players tonight. Right hand side was woeful first half.

Don't really what he adds to the team. At SPL level he may create one or two chances and cover a lot of ground. Tonight, he wasted a good chance and covered a lot of ground.

That sentence is clearly pish as it doesn't contain Rogic.

McGregor is patently not good enough to be a Celtic regular.

Thankfully Rodgers will be smart enough to know if we're to progress further next season, honest triers like Callum won't be anywhere near our starting eleven.

He's lacks that awareness in front of goal, of when to take an opportunity to shoot or play to someone in a better position to score. The two chances he missed could easily have resulted in goals if he had just looked up & rolled the ball to the side.
He lacks awareness. Full stop.

Out of his depth tonight. Shocker

Yes he ran around a lot and managed to kick a few people but he gave the ball away so much he caused us no end of problems.

He's not good enough.

This was a continuation of Friday night against Killie. He has obvious talent however really needs to work on his distribution.

He'd need to have made it four then because he's spot on about those three.

Was caught the wrong side of Suarez and let him have free header at goal. Lucky for him Gordon pulled a brilliant save

He's not good enough for the level we want to be competing at. Hopefully his numerous appearances will mean that a suitable buyer will come in for him with a fair offer.

Nothing changes with McGregor, he is what he is, limited ability but gives it his all, the very fact that BR is picking him on a regular basis and played in arguably our biggest game of the season last night should tell you that he rates him. Obviously we will be looking to improve the first team, however I'm sure he will still be a part of the squad in the coming seasons.

A waste of a jersey at this level - shuttles the ball on like an automaton and provides nothing

When he is presented with opportunity to run into space he aint fast enough and when an opportunity to score falls to him he bottles it

It isn't his fault he ain't good enough he simply isn't and shouldn't be picked unless everyone else is injured
