His chance was a bit harder than some folk are making out. Unfortunate, but i thought he didn't do badly when he came on.

A commons clone without the talent. If he passes to Sinclair we win the game.
He's so dissimilar to Commons.
I mean in the sense he will happily shoot when a player is wide open.

Sinclair wasn't wide open. All very well in hindsight saying he should pass when he misses. Do not blame him for shooting. Blame him for missing the target.

Just watched the highlights show
Agree
There was a similar-ish miss in most games tonight

He is what he is - wish he'd made himself the hero though

That pass was never on.
I disagree, it was a simple cut back
You must be some player.

I wish. Watched it back a few times and all he has to do is get his head up and realize were Sinclair was. He lacked composure.

Yes he was. He was unmarked.

Utter shampooebag.

Honestly - He's a total spectator. He's here just now but we should be looking to offload deadwood like him. Never gonna be good enough.
I agree. He doesn't have it.

If only he had a right foot . Should never have been taking that chance on his left

Correct. Just because Leo Messi, or even Leigh Griffiths, could have scored from there with his left it doesn't mean that Callum McGregor can do it with his. He's simply not a good enough finisher to score from there. The pass to Sinclair, while not the easiest, would still have been the better option. Even if it didn't reach Sinclair the chance of forcing an own goal off the defender would be better than McGregor beating the goalie from that angle on his left foot.

It was a simple finish with his left. Near post, under the keeper or dink the keeper. He made a mess of it, these things happen. Deserves to play ahead of bitton IMO.

Aye, just dink the Swiss international keeper from 10 yards out whilst running at pace. Dead simple.

It wasn't simple but the guy is a professional football player. Any sort of power at a decent height and it was going over the keeper.

Maybe with the chance being tricky but he never even hit the target.

Sorry young guy ain't good enough for us in the cold light of day and just being truthful & think we all know it.

He had no awareness to cut it back nor the fact as I stated even hitting the target. At this level he aint going to cut it and last night we had a more than decent chance to lift 3 points if he nailed it. He did not and it showed his level is not the CL through this and his general play in Europe is pretty limited for a Celtic midfielder

He just is not that good.

He should have scored or at the very least hit the target. It's just the dinking part I found funny.

Yes anything else just is clouding the issue he cannot cut it at this level or indeed European competition as a Celtic midfielder.

Near post or under the keeper extremely simple finish. Hard with height simple. Dink requires a slight bit of skill.

Lee Wallace has scored about 10 from tougher positions and he's a donkey ffs.
