While I didn't agree with lisbonlion10s sentiments it was pretty obvious what he was getting at.
I knew what he was getting at I just wanted him to post it, so that when I quoted it he couldn't hastily edit it again.

What the eff are you on about? Is putting a link up to a guy that was acquitted of something and saying he'd be strung up if he was a celtic player not a simple enough argument for you? It doesn't matter if I don't know how or when the guy can be charged, he hasn't been found guilty ok? Simple enough for you? What pish did I spout exactly?
It is a simple argument, it's also a lot of pish. Is that simple enough for you to understand?
I'm not the one saying I can't understand an argument that's in plain English. Going by posts on this thread, some people would assume people are guilty just because the police say so. Thankfully the 'simple' fact of innocent until proven guilty is the law in this country.

Yeah, i got it too, unless I've missed a major edit.

I also don't think it was apt.

And has been pointed out to you when stopped for a breathalyzer in Scotland, if you pass you go on your merry way. If you fail they take you to the station for a blood-test, since McGregor ended up in London Road after his breathalyzer it's not a stretch of the imagination to think he failed his roadside test is it?

I actually effed up the editing by including my reply in the quote then couldn't get it edited properly again. I'm on my phone. I've had a shampoo day sorry and am in a bad mood. Apologies.

Yes, ok I get that. And perhaps the link I posted wasn't the same situation but it's the principle I'm - badly - trying to get at.

Leaving the allegation of drink-driving aside, it's good to see our young players taking their fitness seriously. I wonder if he bumped into Andy Murray on his night out? Something tells me he didn't.

(Aye, I know: the Lisbon Lions liked a bevvy, Kenny Dalglish liked a fish supper, etc.)

Paedo's what?

Come on, you can't leave that one hanging...
Although some folk would really want that.

I was going to joke that they often use apostrophes inappropriately, but that wouldn't work here.

Apparently you can't suggest that professional athletes should eschew the bevvy three days before a match....they seem to know better

Not excusing him, as I think it was sheer stupidity, but is 4 times the limit not prety much a sniff of a non alcholic beer now?

The dude who likened it to being a paedo needs to wind his neck in a bit.

You can drink just under a pint before hitting the limit.

3 pints, then driving? :nono:
