Terrific today, and probably his best ever goal .
Every goal he scores is a lesson in technique. Today was big but it isn't the best he's scored, not by a long shot. He's the most under-rated player in our squad.

Him or Tierney will be the man lifting the trophy for the 10.

Big game player, technically excellent.

Really love him. Put him in any system, and he'll adapt and make it work well.

Fantastic wee player. A credit to the academy and, financially speaking, irreplaceable for us. Surely the last remaining doubter is convinced. Good on ya wee fella.
Agreed. The guy took some unbelievable and unfair stick. Nobody can question his right to be in this Celtic team.

Broony might have something to say about that.

He did get a bit of stick but showed a lot of character to win the fans over. When you look at the competition for places and he’s now always in the team it shows young players will always get a chance in Brendan’s team if they are good enough.A great role model.

Nobody will be happier than me if Broony is the man that lifts it, realistically though..

No other Scottish player currently playing football could have scored that goal today.

Always liked him since Delia gave him a run in the team, even when having a howler the wee man has never ever hidden in a game, is always looking for a pass and is always making himself available for a teammate, sometimes it goes unnoticed what he does but by god he is great at doing it.

His goals this season have been outstanding and I think it suits him not to be our main man which allows him to quietly go about his job in great fashion!

Andy Robertson would have put it in off both posts.

In last year's final he ended up at left back and did as he was asked. This year he scores. He has played his part and more than earned his medals.

Delighted to see him, KT and Jamesy from the YA taking their places in club history.

Goes about his business quietly and effectively without fanfare, which I believe is why many people have taken a while to appreciate him. You won't see him dribble past 3 or 4 opponents but he is technically excellent in his ball control. He is extremely versatile, can be effective in almost any position. and his finishing is the coolest, most clinical of anyone on the team. Apart from that, he's no a bad player..

It's amazing how many goals he scores when he doesn't actually put his foot through the ball, it's as if he stuns the ball in exactly the direction he wants it to go. Today's strike was a perfect example of it as was his goal against the Huns in the semi and also his goal in last years semi too. The technique is phenomenal :worthy:

I’d go so far as to say no British player would score that goal.
