Very poor. He was not the only one.
Back to his kid on tracking back whereby he runs back but doesn't attempt to get a tackle in and then when he gets near the Celtic penalty box where it is getting critical he stops and watches what happens instead of getting involved.

In Stokes time it was termed "hiding in plain sight".

Annoying as feck when he can put in a performance like he did at Celtic Park against Zenit and then puts in that performance last night.

For how composed and experienced he looked at Celtic Park he looked equally as nervous and inexperienced this week.

He's an inconsistent squad player. Wonderful to watch on his day, meh most of the rest of the time.

He's not amazing and he's not terrible, although he can be both. Not the level of player we need if we're going to push on as a team, but always someone you want on rotation as a back-up to your main guys.

If you’re playing a support role away from home in Europe he needs to be able to carry the ball forward, he needs to be able to beyond the striker at times and be able to beat a man.

The manager is blind when it comes to McGregor.

Surprised nobody has posted in here yet! Thought he was brilliant today, so much running for the team and forced their keeper into a smart save in the 1st half.

Shouldn’t he have been tracking Candias for their second? Or am I being harsh? Apart from that I thought he had a great game.

Thought he was excellent today

He took the ball in well when he had to and harrassed their defence when necessary. 100% justified his inclusion.

Unfussy, busy, moves the ball around well and links the play.

Never stopped all day and, as usual, a bit of an unsung hero. Glad we have him.

Brilliant performance today. Full of energy, quick feet and unlucky not to score. Thought he’d have been taken off at some point given the amount of ground he covered during the match but even at the end he was giving everything. Rarely lets us down in the ‘bigger’ games.

Said it so many times now, but he’s integral to how the manager wants us to play. He was non stop today and didn’t give them a minutes peace. Great wee player.
