Best player on the park tonight in any colour. Covered every blade of grass and took his goal superbly, has to be considered our most valuable CM after Broony

I seem to be the only guy in the ground who thought he was very ordinary for the most part tonight. Seemed to give the ball away a lot, and only looked comfortable when moved left to take over from Sinclair. Good finish though.

Judging by the shouts from the sitting guy behind me tonight, you weren't the only one. (unless you sit in 403 :ph43r: )

You were both wrong

Start him over Armstrong with Brown and Rogic. Feel he's been hard done too in regards to game time so far this season alongside Forrest.

Excellent last night in linking play and making sure our wingers weren't left isolated when we had the ball.

Not scared to get on the ball. Thought he kept it ticking over. Good performance, will watch it back later though and see if I still feel the same.

Team is better with him in it, works his arse off and keeps it ticking over. Him and broonie should be the mainstays of the midfield.

86% passing accuracy. A number of times he received the ball turned and started a forward drive where it would have been easier to just receive and give. He was very good.

Knew early on if anything good was to go for us last night it would be through him and Forrest. Both had outstanding games, and Callum took his goal very well.

Just the two of you then.

Don't look for anything spectacular in McGregor, he does the simple things but carries it out very well. Plays fitbaw the easy way.

His ball retention is very good and key at this level.

In hindsight he perhaps should have started in the other group games.

Did he start on the bench away to Anderlecht ? I genuinely can't remember.

Really pleased for him - he's taken plenty of flak from many of us in the past (myself included, as recently as last season...BMG away missed chance!!), but he's showing a lot of composure in front of goal, his play is intelligent; think he just must click with the way that Brendan manages players. Keep it going CalMac

Agreed.

He wasn't great by any stretch.
