Thought he was decent tonight: not everything came off but he was the one who was trying to unlock the door with a quick one touch pass or clever ball. Also took up some nice positions between the lines though his team mates sometimes didn't notice. I think if they had we might have broken Rosenb. down quicker

Wasn't impressed by him tonight until Arnstrong went off. Ater that he improved a lot.

Grew into that game and gave an absolutely terrific performance.

Well done wee man.

His movement in the first half caused them more bother than anyone did in the first leg

Have to agree. He also seems to have very quick feet to evade a couple of defenders when he's in and around the box.

For me he should start every big game in the early part of this season. Deserves it?

Thought he was better when he dropped deeper, but that was probably a natural thing with the game opening up after we scored.

Thought he was decent. Looking to get a shot away very early and eager to take on his man and get balls in the box. Played a lot better than Armstrong.

Couldn't find much space first half in a congested area and wasn't really prominent. Still got a tendency to push a pass that isn't really on, or is not executed properly.

Definitely got better and became more prominent as the game wore on.

He's becoming a very good player. That contemptuous pass into the Hun goal last season shows the confidence he's got now. He took pelters for that last kick miss in Germany but he's seen that off.

Okay I got carried away.

McStay never carried us to the Champions League.

Actually he does have the potential to be the best centre midfielder we've brought through from the youth team since McStay. I can't think of any that were significantly better anyway.

Obviously we've had other, better players in that position that we've bought in.

Really really like Callum... should definitely be starting ahead of Armstrong..
Great movement and often takes only 1 or 2 touches when others would take 4 just 2 control it

Yeah I was struggling to think of any. Peter Grant, Liam Miller and Colin Healy are about the best I can do

He's not very strong or fast but he can pass a ball, move, and finish. He'll do.
