I thought Brown, who was off the pace yesterday, was partly to blame for McGregors slip. He was too casual in his pass back to him.
No chance, it was a really bad mistake from McGregor.

Amazing season from him.

Brendan Rodgers, make us dream - Celtic FC.

Deserved his starting spot yesterday and is a player Brendan clearly believes he can rely on. Shunted out to the left and just did his bit for the team. One slip which we were lucky to get away with, but his recovery tackle on Rooney later was well done, particularly as he'd left himself a fair bit of ground to make up.

The history books will show the lad as one of the Invincibles and he has earned that.

Nah, McGregor had time and options, and made a hash of them.

Other than that was fine yesterday, which is a lot to say for an attack minded midfielder filling in at left back.

Yer right. Where oh where were Scott Allan and Gary Mackay-Steven?!? :arrr:
Or Liam Henderson.

You know the rules. If your going to be pedantic you need to be spot on.

We've all been done by it.
Liam Henderson is good enough to start for Scotland when he can't get a game for Celtic?

My point was Strachan is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn't. That was the highest number of Celtic player I've seen in a Scotland lineup in ages.

Folk moan when our players get called up for international duty in case they suffer an injury. Then they moan when they're left out of the squad.

Just realised Strachan called up Scottish Championship player John McGinn but didn't choose McGregor :ffs:

I absolutely detest Kenny McLean's face.
He looks like a London Spiv from the 1950's.
He looks like Justin Trudeau

It was a shampooe pass from Brown but McGregor had more than enough time to deal with it.

McGregor is one of a number of players that I would not have been sorry to see leave last summer, I am so glad that he and most of the others stayed. BR really has got an eye for a player and an ability to get the best out of them. Long may it continue. I am not embarrassed to say that several of my 'top 10 players of the season' are ones that I would have gladly punted just over 12 months ago.

What a turn around, what a team, what a manager, what a CLUB!!!

Found McGregor's thread way back on Page 4 and decided it needed a bump after today.

Adds the sort of energy that was missing on Wednesday. Goals too.

Some clinical finishing today and some really positive play.

Definitely has to be in the running for a starting spot on Wednesday.

Hard to argue with starting him on Wednesday. Besides the goals I thought he played well today

Didn't catch the game today but going by what i've read it would appear he had a point to prove today , and did so with aplomb.

I can understand it, but I think he was unlucky to miss out.

Played with great tempo, drove team on with short pass and moves, nice finishes. Did more than Ntcham if playing for starting jersey for Wednesday was up for grabs
