Van Dijk will be sold to offset some of the lost CL money. Celtic will make an annual profit. Peter gets his bonus. All is well.

The manager needed players, he didn't get them. Lennon wanted better support, he didn't get it. Gordon aside, no permanent signings and that is down to the board. They can blame the current climate all they want but if they had invested properly and &supported their manager then we wouldn't be in this position.

To get shagged silly by Legia, get a second bite at the cherry then pretty much go out with the same side is criminal. Mismanagement of the highest order from the board.

Worrying thing for me is that it won't trigger any sort of positive response. It will be about recovering revenue rather than addressing distinct lack of quality on the park

Calm down lads. We can sell Virgil van Dijk. When that goes through, added to the Forster money, we wont have lost a penny.
Murphio that is their plan

Lawwell has told them the support are spoiling for a fight no matter what and have been since days of green brigade v lawwell - and what's more the clueless effs on the board believe this

And see their willingness to stand up to the board and back Peter as a sign of their corporate intelligence

None of them have an effin clue

A team not fit for purpose they see as cyclical

A coaching team on the cheap they back because it promises a miracle on the cheap

An academy built on the cheap and no produce of any quality they blame on Scottish youth rather than their investment and planning

They are never to blame

And their only plan is to suck the fans dry not pay a living wage and pay Peter a £1m for asset striping
 Someone get me an effin mars bar.
You'd only eat it.

We had a good manager. He was mugged off with duff signings and walked.

Look at the state of us. Shameful.

Aye, at a 10p profit to the chairman of a premiership team.

Completely agree.

This was so, so predictable, and yet we've been allowed to walk straight into it.

Lawwell hires a cheap manager from the minor leagues and gives him hee haw support for these ties. The team that fished tonight had just one new player, the free signing to cover for the keeper we solid for £10m.

Glad to see pressure step up on the carrot, the set up that keeps him in a job is wrong, the fact he does what he wants for financial rather than football reasons is wrong but he gets away with it. Been wanting rid of him for years, it needs to come from higher up, and he thinks is is doing a great job.

Lawwell should hang his head in shame and resign though the swine.

Surely we now have to start looking at organizing a protest? The guy needs removed from the club.

He got lucky with the administrative error from Legia, but to then continue not to invest in the playing squad to ensure the same thing didn't happen again, all we got was an injured dud from Aston Villa and a youth player from Man City.

It's actually surreal.

How do we start putting pressure on him to resign???

Things wont change until you hit them in the pocket as it appear you are being taken for suckers by the board.
I am overseas and it does not cost me a cent but I feel for you guys paying thru the nose for that garbage today.
They have carried too much dead wood for far too long and like the bad apple it has affected a few of the others.
To think that our best player tonight was young McGregor speaks volumes. I honestly believe its going to be
a long road back. We were talking two or three players, but after tonight's showing we practically need a new team
back to front. God bless us.

Good. I hope this is the narrative everyone runs with, rather than "awful Celtic in getting beat shocker".

Ground Zero clear out required including Peter Lawwell. His policies have only lined his pockets, to the detriment of the reputation and standing of Celtic Football Club. New attitude and direction required, Lawwell's way is supposed to be thwarting financial ruin, and he has us in a downward spiral due to gutless decisions, and neutral leadership.
He is a master at keeping the hun establishment happy, and a low profile whilst filling his bank account with hard earned from the Celtic family. The footballing standards have plummeted, the leadership is if anything, anti the average supporter.
This season we have started signing loan players, so if that if prudent now, why have we not been doing this for all his years of stewardship?
