Still no sign of a date as to when the Compliance Officers report will be finalised and pubished ?
Celtic cannot be seen to be interfering in this process for obvious reasons and due to the complexity and amount of material to be worked through I can see why a report is not ready yet but that cannot go on forever and given Celtic's keen interest in the response I cannot see them letting matters drift too far without them losing credibility.
Just wondering if Auldyin has any news on this or any related issues.
Vincent Lunny the previous Compliance Officer was on BBC Sportsound this Wed evening just passed. He explained the role of the Compliance Officer (now Tony McGlennan ) was to gather information, check the rules to see if there was a breach and then make a case for a Judicial Panel drawn from a SFA list (like those whose names McCoist wanted to know) to make a judgement based on what the Compliance Officer puts in front of them. The evidence gathering stage is still underway because last week the Res12 lawyer was asked to provide to the SFA a copy of a letter the SFA don't have that is proof of a key point, where a breach of FFP may have occured before UEFA were notified of the clubs who were granted a licence. So taking Lunny's explanation it sounds like the information is still being gathered in order to decide what case to put to the Judicial Panel to consider and if Comp Off is thorough there should be a number of points to consider. An understandable concern is that SFA will/may try to limit the remit of the JP, but remember Res12 asked for all of the licensing process in 2011 be investigated, so if some of the events involving the SFA during the licencing season of 2011/12 are not covered, Celtic shareholders would be perfectly entitled to point out what had not been addressed to Celtic who in turn, having observed due process, are perfectly entitled to then demand answers to satisfy their shareholders. It's a slow process but at least there is an indication of activity. Thanks Auldyin. Good to have this update.

And certes, in fair virtue's heavenly road, The cottage leaves the palace far behind; What is a lordling's pomp? a cumbrous load, Disguising oft the wretch of human kind, Studied in arts of hell, in wickedness refin'd!

Everything needn’t be framed in 2014 terms.

Alternatively, an assorted bunch of people were commemorating the life of a famous/renowned poet. Everything needn’t be framed in 2014 terms. A great poet, but a man who would be banned from The Presidents Club for inappropriate behaviour and who would not be allowed near any of his Suppers.
But, back on topic - when are their titles being stripped?

Be aware...Keith Jackson report.
Celtic furious with Stewart Regan for putting Champions League hopes on the line Brendan Rodgers and Peter Lawwell are said to have been stunned by SFA chief’s money-making jaunt.
Spoiler: click to toggle ByKeith Jackson Celtic are privately furious with blundering SFA chief executive Stewart Regan for jeopardising their hopes of another £30million Champions League jackpot. Record Sport understands manager Brendan Rodgers and chief executive Peter Lawwell have been stunned by Regan’s decision to sign Scotland up for a transatlantic money-making jaunt to play friendlies against Peru and Mexico at the end of the season. And, to add to their ire, Scotland’s champions are enraged that Regan made no effort to consult with them before agreeing to take on the trip - even though as many as eight of Rodgers’ players are likely to be named in the travelling group. Lawwell is now set to write to the SFA board to demand an explanation as to why they have booked up to go on a tour of South and Central America at a time when Celtic’s players will be in need of rest and rehabilitation - most probably ahead of next season’s Champions League qualifiers. And Celtic are likely to receive strong support from players’ union bosses at PFA Scotland who are also deeply unhappy with the time timing of the planned trip. Over the past two years they have become increasingly concerned at the shortening of the summer break and believe their members have been placed at growing risk of physical and mental burn-out. The angry response from both parties is certain to heap more pressure on the beleaguered Regan who is already facing a grilling from his superiors after the embarrassing collapse of his move to appoint Michael O’Neill as Gordon Strachan’s successor. And Lawwell will want to know how Regan can justify undermining Scotland’s chances of representation on the world stage at the highest level of club football in order to pocket a few quid from an end-of-season junket. He is also likely to ask the SFA board how and why such a punishing schedule can have been sanctioned or approved at a time when the national team has no manager currently in position. This merely underlines Celtic’s belief that the entire exercise has been signed off by Regan purely for financial gain rather than any valid football reasons. Stewart Regan has enraged Celtic, the Tartan Army and most fans of other clubs The curtain will come down on the domestic season on May 19 with the Scottish Cup Final - when holders Celtic will be hoping to complete an historic back-to-back Trebles at Hampden. But Rodgers and his squad were already facing the tightest of turnarounds over the summer after a revamp of the Champions League qualifiers added another potential round of qualifiers to their schedule. The early start means Rodgers will want his players to report back for pre-season training around the second week of June. But that would mean his eight Scotland internationals - Scott Brown, Craig Gordon, Kieran Tierney, Leigh Griffiths, Stuart Armstrong, James Forrest, Callum McGregor and Ryan Christie - will be restricted to as little as a week-long summer breaks unless they are excused from the SFA’s travelling party. Scotland are due to play Peru in Lima on May 29 before flying to Mexico City where they will take part in a second friendly on June 2. Rodgers will hope to gather his squad back at Lennoxtown on or around June 11 to begin preparations for a gruelling schedule of eight Euro qualifiers in eight weeks. The first tie will take place on either July 10 or 11 with the return legs the following week. The second double header will be staged on July 24-25 and July 31-August 1. A third qualifying round will then be decided on August 7-8 and August 14-15 before the final play-off is staged over the dates of August 21-22 and August 28-29. A source said: “When you look at that schedule it’s no wonder Rodgers and Lawwell have been infuriated by the SFA’s decision to take on this tour. “Celtic’s players have played a huge contribution to the national team over the past 12 months and this is the way they have been rewarded for their patriotism? It defies belief that Regan didn’t even discuss this with the club before agreeing to take it on as, quite clearly, there is the potential here for an enormous conflict of interest.” Embattled Regan yesterday vowed not to quit his post despite a furious backlash to his botched bid to land O’Neill. In a Record Sport poll more of more than 5,000 Tartan Army foot soldiers, a massive 91 per cent called for his head. Regan is expected to face a stormy ride from his own board when he is asked to explain why he and president Alan McRae failed to convince O’Neill to take on the manager’s role despite publicly making the Northern Irishman their No.1 target. And Celtic’s blistering response to Regan’s end-of-season travel plans could now be added to the agenda at that crucial showdown. https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/celtic-furious-stewart-regan-putting-11908178

How can any club, never mind Celtic, ask supporters to renew STs to watch a game subject to the type governance Regan is responsible for?
