Hoy don't come in here with your pedantry and facts
I am completely unsurprised that I'm about to out-pedant a lawyer, but the number that you're "short of" is the number you need to achieve to attain your goal. If their goal is 1 league title and they're currently on zero, then they're one short. If their target is two league titles and they're on zero, then they're two short of that.

They're 55 short of going for 55. I know that they're already going for 1 but until they achieve that one, they're still going for it and it doesn't count towards the overall total.

:getmecoat:
:ponder:

If they were going for 55, it would mean they already have 54. As they are currently on zero, they need 54 to be in a position to go for 55.

Regan will be on SSB the night talking about our statement.
Hopefully Laurie will get the chance to bore him out of Scotland.

Can't help but think other clubs sitting in silence now have dirty washing they'd rather stayed out of the public domaine. Perhaps even dealings with a certain dead club?

Keech (or Traynors ghost writter) are certainly alluding/threatening this.

Its not difficult to work out.

Petrie definitely doesn't want his role in this out in the open.
hertz would be reticent to anything that shines a light on some of the business that's went on there of late.
milne wants to sell houses in the west.
Killie didn't want them out the league ever.

Celtic are going to have to do this alone. Its always been so.

dont think our scottish players need to worry about playing in a world cup anytime soon
Maybe our seven Scottish players have more confidence in their ability than you do. Either way, it seems odd to punish our Scottish players because of cheating by another club. As someone else mentioned, Celtic fans boycotting SFA tournaments like the Scottish Cup would be far more appropriate.
It wouldn't be because of another club's cheating -- it would be because of the national association's cover-up of said cheating.

I don't agree with the suggested boycott but stop muddying the waters.

I resent the fact the media are trying to turn this into Celtic somehow are trying to drag Scottish Football down and its Celtic alone who want a review.

Why when Milne from Aberdeen says he wants no review did nobody in the media call him out on this and demand the game gets its house in order?

As soon as we say the opposite Celtic become the bad guys.
As long as Celtic take them on, I couldn't give a toss how the media portray it.

Eventually the truth will reveal itself.
The media over the weekend was quite clear divided into

a) there is no appetite from clubs for this - they've been contacted informally and none in premier league want it - celtic are on their own here - no mention of rest of leagues - and if there is any appetite from sevco it is conditional on rangers not being investigated/reviewed CMclaughlin

b) there is no money swilling around to do this so lets not do it - Chic Young - celtic supporters can fund actions themselves and the SFA will refuse to implement any sanctions so GIRUY celtic fans even if you are correct -

c) Clubs will come out in public once they feel they know there is not a groundswell for it from their supporters

d) it needs to be done Tom English Hugh Mcdonald Michael Stewart etc with the usual huns saying let's move on

I wouldn't agree with you that Tom English wants a review. I listened to him on Saturday and he was definately in category a).

As wee Ed KTF said, the SMSM consists of huns and cowards. Tom isn't a hun.

There we have it. This will be the agenda from Regan and the SFA now while the Media will call us paranoid.

They are trying to make this 'Celtic against the wishes of everyone else in Scottish Football' hoping that the silence of others and there hacks in the Media will do enough to discredit our claims.

We really need to go for the throat on this.

Can you imagine how a scandal such as this would have been handled by the English press if it were say Man Utd or Chelsea or Liverpool who did what Deidco did? They would be all over it like a rash competing to get to the truth and expose the FA.

In Scotland we have a cabal of hun sycophants closing ranks in as naked display of pure corruption as you could clearly ever come across. Vile and disgusting.
It's actually baffling that every single media outlet in the country, chooses to ignore such scandalous evidence.

All the stuff uncovered from the RES 12 guys, the FTTT case and the Craig Whyte case, yet nobody says, there's a "career" altering story to be uncovered there.

I mean does anybody honestly believe that if emails were leaked, showing the head of the English FA emailing an owner of Man United or Chelsea in the way Regan did to Whyte, that not 1 person in the press, would be onto it in a flash, exposing the truth?

The emails, the 5 way agreement, the testimony and the words of Doncaster/Regan and co in certain interviews/press releases/correspondence, all point to something much murkier than plane old tax avoidance and liquidation.

Said this before but any journalist worth their salt would of seen it as an opportunity to reveal a huge investigative story which would of led to heads being rolled at the higher echelons of Scottish football.

It would of been a story for the ages and a journalist publishing such a story would of seen only benefits to there career path. How could a journalist turn their nose up such things? Only in Scotland.

Down here it would be huge!!!

One thing it's not is baffling and if this was the other way there would be a frenzy.

The narrative is as always, the Hun must survive at any cost.
Let them make it Celtic v the rest. When we win it might just be our route out.
