I loathe the fact our governing football body is complicit in cheating and doing nothing to prevent nor atone for it. I still don't expect anything to happen, though. However, I'll stay pay to watch Celtic play.
I understand the logic of folk who want to still watch Celtic. I can't pay into a game that knowingly allows cheating by one club to prosper.
It's a catch-22. My reasoning is, does my dislike for UEFA/SFA/SPFL and the cheating hun bastards they employ/mop-up after overtake my love of watching Celtic play? For me, that's a no. Each to their own, and all that though.

For sure, If push came to shove, could I give up watching Celtic? Not so sure I could, and that's what the bastards are banking on.

TO be honest, the thought that Celtic supporters giving up on the game would suit them, ie, SFA,SPFL and RFC - that there's no difference has been confirmed now, is exactly what they wan means that I will probably end up renewing my Celtic TV again. Still waiting to see Celtic's reaction though.

I hope the Celtic Trust get involved and get all the fan's groups together to insist that Celtic do something. I'll not hold my breath though, so likely need to be the fans themselves that raise the action.

BBC reporting No EBT Sanctions against Rangers - SPFL. Not a surprise, the fix was in a long time ago. I hope the rumours about a judicial review are correct, I'll contribute in a heartbeat.

Basically it's when an interested party queries the lawfulness of a decision being made by a public body that affects them.

I think this is why who raises one on the cheating has to be carefully considered. Celtic plc certainly could. Shareholders/fans? Maybe more questionable, and case made for doing so needs to be compelling?

That's the sticky part, I don't think so technically. They're not performing public functions.

The SFA are covered by judicial review (I believe because they take public money). Oldco or was it newco took them to one over the transfer ban.

For the purposes of judicial review, Scots law doesn't have the same distinction between public and private bodies as English law does.

There have been examples of the decisions of private sporting bodies in Scotland being judicially reviewed (including cricket and golf clubs).

Who would have standing to bring an action is another matter. As is the prospect of success.
