Quoting limited to 3 levels deep
I agree, but that wasn't my point. The board aren't going to do anything about it. The huns are back, we're playing decent football, and things are looking good on and off the field for Celtic. I don't think there will be the appetite for a substantial protest.
Maybe when they refuse to revisit the LNS decision or remove titles from RFC after HMRC win the appeal, maybe then the support will sufficiently enraged. Maybe, but I doubt it.
My thinking (and hope) is that once the HMRC decision finally exhausts all appeal avenues then the club will act appropriately. Or is this too simplistic thinking?

This isn't Res 12 related but very intriguing.

How do you know it's not related?

Wouldn't be transfer related at this stage would it? :ponder:

I'll take a stab in the dark - one or two contract renewals. Lustig and Armstrong.

Wouldn't describe either as sensational though.

I'd imagine it's something to do with the Celtic Foundation which already does some magnificent work.
I find it quite difficult to square :suspect: my feelings with the board over res12 with my admiration for the Foundation and all its works.
If only the board would back the fans and shareholders on this one issue I could go back with loving the club with all of my heart. Bastards.

Having dealt with various members of our board over the years and having heard what the attitude was when the huns were going to the wall this is no surprise at all

If you start from the premise that it was the boards of other clubs notably dundee utd and aberdeen following supporter unrest who drove the huns to start again in div 2 then that tells you that our board would have to be dragged screaming to raise all these issues now that they are back

That is not to say it won't happen but they won't do anything to help matters

It will have to be driven till its crystal clear to all and sundry that there has been breaches/offences or whatever and ultimately i suspect that only when all tax cases are resolved will you get any kind of coordinated call for action from all teams supports - till then Celtic will keep their heads stuck in the sand

I personally think that for it to be resolved at all it will have to be in the courts. Whether it's the CFC board or the SFA who would be the easier target would be for legal minds to decide.
They've both been given the chance to come clean and resolve the issue and have opted against that advice. Looks like they'll have to be forced.

Can see that FC Copenhagen are one of the latest clubs going into eSport with the idea of setting up 3 teams, one in CS, one i FIFA and one in Dota 2

They will be looking to put in over a million pound a year on the 3 teams (each of 3 players)

PSG, Barca etc already have pro eSport teams

Any rumours of Celtic putting up one? doesn't look like PL to miss out on a profit business - Games gets huge following, the 2015 record was at 36 million followers

If it follows anything like previous tech experiments.

Don't get involved until it's massive and you are behind the curve
Get someone already at Celtic to do a half arsed effort at getting involved

eSport = Electronic Sport

People playing FIFA (or other computer games) aginst others and people watch it mostly online but also irl

Huge ''sport'' that keeps on growing. Could be an official sport to the next Olympics
