Time to get back to the important point about this. The Board have delivered a massive FU to the resolution 12 guys and all the fans.
What have the Board done (or not done)?

Genuine question. Do you have new info?

Re the idea that Jabba's used his Ladbrokes business to pressure The Guardian, surely that'd be an incredibly stupid thing to do. If Ladbrokes ever discovered that he used their name - and the threat of them withdrawing their business - they'd be furious and pull their business from Jabba?

And how often do you see a betting ad in the Guardian anyway?
This Ladbrokes thing seems to have grown arms and legs. What exactly does Level 5 do for Ladbrokes? And why would a PR firm have a say in advertising strategy?

Maybe they're involved in their domestic sponsorship stuff up here, but I don't believe for a second that Level 5 do the PR for a company the size of Ladbrokes.
Do Ladbrokes put much advertising in the Guardian?

I don't know much about how big companies work, but I would be amazed if Ladbrokes allowed themselves to be manipulated in such a way, getting involved in a third party dispute and having a PR schemer pulling their strings.

What do they have to gain?

Level 5 client is SPFL of which Ladbrokes is the sponsor.

Thats it, nothing more.

They have said nothing publically. The Res12 guys are getting no public backing. If they have complained to UEFA, have the courage to issue a statement outling their concerns.

You continually allude to the club having done something on this, but I don't think you've ever said what that something is. What have they done?

i'm not wrong about their silence.
what exactly have they said to back up the res12 campaigners?

if i'm wrong about them doing sfa (which on the surface looks most likely)
then i'l be delighted to put my hands up and say i'm wrong.

This moronic response has to be the most tired and tedious on KDS. "That you, Peter?" :brickwall: FFS!

I'll wait for word from the Resolution 12 bhoys before I get all bent out of shape.

You can bang on about Celtic not making a statement but everyone saying Celtic have done nothing are wrong. .it's as simple as that.

The important bit has been done and it's now with UEFA with Celtic's official involvement.

What happens now is up to UEFA.
