I think the board are roughly on the right track. Likely, from a financial perspective, they were happy to get all the championships on board for a low budget until Sevco appear. I don't think they will go crazy with the cash now, but surely this is the ideal moment to invest a bit more.

Reading Paul Larkin's latest at http://www.hailhailmedia.com/the-sfa-fit-for-sfa/ is it true the Res12 guys and the club will shortly release info?

I'm presuming in light of the The Offshore Game report (specifically the documentary evidence of a liability and lack of evidence of a written acceptance by HMRC - indeed the exact opposite of such) supplementary annexes here http://www.theoffshoregame.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Doing-SFA-Annexes.pdf the only unknown (from my POV) is whether the huns had their petition for suspension/interim suspension allowed in the Court of Session?

Seems fairly cut and shut. Looking forward to seeing the info when it hits.

If investment is made by the club it's 2 years late.

In picking the wrong manager and gambling with no squad improvement they've created a position where we've failed to qualify for the Champions Leauge 2 years in a row. That cost the club anything between £35m to £45m.

The meddling in transfers to such a degree that we are wasting good mone on a high number of bad players is just as worrying. A risk averse account and his chum bringing in player after player unsettles the squad and does nothing to help us win games.

Think it was Harry Brady from Celtic Underground who said it but Lawwell is a good accountant but he's a shampoo Director Of Football.

Hopefully the next manager will have full control over which players are bought and sold.

I think we could see that happening and that bodes well as the board will only turn footballing operations over to someone they trust and with the right managerial experience.

I wish I shared your optimism.

I still think we will be handed the cheap option dressed up as the best out there and not get to the Group Stages of the Champions League next season. All the while Lawwell will still be around to pick up another £1m package for implementing Desmond's austerity.

Everything I've seen over the last 3 years tells me this board are more likely to balls things up yet again and hand next seasons title to sevco then they are to get the next managerial appointment right.

The announcement will be that Uefa have been notified. Aye, this Uefa.
Expecting nothing but washing of hands and sweeping under carpets.
Feel sorry for the guys that have put so much effort into this.

I think you might be missing the point. Res12 was ABOUT going to UEFA not what they might do afterwards.

All it asked was Celtic ask UEFA to investigate what happened in 2011.

There is a very clear narrative of what took place regardless of what UEFA decide that will become crystal clear once court case is over. That and only that stops it being published along with e mails in a narrative that sets out what did take place with HMRC happy to play along to get paid from CL money and SFA happy to keep RFC alive.

But that will come and The Offshore Game report prepares the way.

What Res12 was about for me was telling those bastards at the SFA who let SDM ruin a game I love that they cannot hide behind confidentiality, that they are accountable to an organised determined supporter/shareholder base and if there ever comes a next time they had better think twice.

It's also about building a case for reform because current arrangements simply don't work.

UEFA will find it very difficult to state there wasn't an overdue payable as they define one at 30 June 2011 when they see the e mails which they can order to see and the outcome will be that officially RFC misrepresented the true position to UEFA in their declaration and either they failed to report arrival of the tax bill on 20th May (another breach ) but if they did then SFA failed to notify UEFA.

I think SFA will play the "we were duped" line but who by and is he/ they still in football administration?

My reading is that DD is not a happy bunny and it's going to need a change of attitude at CP to turn things around.

We need to be much more aggressive with the media, the government and the SFA to get the support back onside.

No more Mr Nice Guy. When I saw SFA replies to questions put by Res12 lawyer I thought them an insult. I'd have been visiting Hampden to tell them personally.

I have huge respect for you and all those who have refused to back down on Resolution 12 however I think you are wide of the mark on Desmond.

We are a minor minor concern for DD. As I've said before we have heard more impassioned words from him on the Coral Ladbrokes merger then we have heard on Sevco/EBT's/Res.12/SFA negligence/Lord Nimmo COMBINED.

I see precious little evidence that he cares anymore. He has all but handed over responsibility to his son Derry and even Derry is more concerned with setting up a Burger franchise in Dublin at the moment.

Must be his appeal to fans to buy season tickets. Doubt he would be giving an interview about him resigning and moving on?

:nono: He is utterly clueless :ffs:

Does nobody at the club understand how football fans think and feel

The sooner Lawwell is gone from the club the better.
