Lawwell out along with Deila will be the dream end to the season
That won't change a thing.

Kinda like being pissed off at the local shop that imports cheap crap and finding joy when they sack two shelf stackers as some sign that quality will improve.

The business model will not change.
I assumed with a change in Lawwell we might see a change in business model

Business model isn't necessarily the problem, we're just terrible at using it.

Corporate big wigs can be rubbish at their job too. Unfortunately, we have a Boardroom full of rubbish businessmen. If Lawwell were a striker, he'd be Amido Balde.
Our Business model is fine, we just need better people in the correct jobs to implement it.

And you never let an accountant run a business especially when there's meant to be an element of creativity

A businessman with legal and financed background who's seen the light maybe but never an accountant

I think we may start to see changes in the board this year, although lawwell will probably still be here.

Expect Bankier to follow Eric Riley out the door soon.

A business model where an accountant signs a good few players is fundamentally wrong. Lawwell has too much power. It has to change.

Marketing guys or engineers work.
People who understand the business and build stuff is how Steve jobs reinvented apple.
Just need a marketer who can bring the club back to treating fans like fans

And the model is a by product of the current environment which is only going to get worse if Chelsea and Barcelona get their way.

It will at some point. I'm just hoping that's sooner rather than later.

A good friend once told me that never have a traditional accountant or a marketing exec as chief executive. I think this is good advice. In my experience marketing people may have the creativity but lack the discipline of an accountant and vice versa.

These are always exceptions to the rule of course.

Absolutely... going on what's happened over the last few years, particularly since 2012, I'm thinking that at boardroom-level we have a team full of self-satisfied Juniors!!

I dont think it was actually booed. Not where i was sitting anyway.

There was a lot on here with faux moral outrage though.
There was a bit of booing coming from the Main Stand/Celtic End
I'm JS lower and didn't hear it.

Ian Ayre has come out stating that he won't sign a new contract with Liverpool, so he is there until May 2017 (if he doesn't leave sooner) - job waiting for PL
