The club could charge a corkage fee and also have a kiosk selling oranges injected with vodka. The smoke would look like pyro and it would all be safe because no kids would be allowed so you wouldn't get them banging into things.
I know someone who used to take fuel injected capri suns in to the game :ph43r:
Used to do that at the Sub club unders

This is a small thing in the grand scheme of things, but yet again the kiosks are running out of hot food while the queues are still huge. According to the girl I spoke to it's happening every week as they are ordering less and less stuff to prevent wastage. WTF?! Surely it's better to have more than less? They could give the excess to the homeless shelters. FFS, it must cost them peanuts to buy a pie. This is an uber petty rant, but it just about sums them up right now.
Cutting costs all across the board.
If the food has already been heated it can't be given away to anyone. It has to be used within a certain period of time.

The state we're in and somebody is worried about effin pies!

If you bothered to read my post without being a wise guy you'd see I mentioned it was a small point. However, it is a symptom of how we are being run. No speculation to accumulate. Also not exactly enhancing the match day experience when kiosks run out so early.

I remember on here a few months ago, there were mumblings of new investment, maybe even a new owner. Anything at all in this, anything going to come of it?
Who would? How could you make money?

I know it is only the "effin pies" but does show that the management are aware of the falling attendances and are acting accordingly. It also points out what a shambles we are in that the way they do that is to provide insufficient for those than can actually be bothered to turn up to watch the dross on offer.

I work in retail and deal with food waste all the time. Regulations are very strict as to what can and can't be given away.

I agree with you in that it's small fry compared to the other stuff, but it's indicative of the general malaise at the club. Bad times all round :(
