Wonder how Lawwell feels right now? Does he believe, like some of us, that we're in real danger of losing the title this year? If this were to happen, he and the rest of his cronies should be very very afraid.
Then again, he might wake up every morning with that smug grin of his telling himself everything'll work out fine in the end.

To me he seems completely out of touch with the rest of us, programmed into a certain way of thinking over the years, I've no doubt he grew up supporting Celtic but he's a money man now first and foremost, everything else is secondary.
Even assuming that's true, he's not much of a money man considering the tens of millions we've failed to obtain despite very favourable routes to the Champions League.
Of course he's a money man, that's why he is where he is.

Let me rephrase that.

He's not much of a money man... for the club, but for his own wealth he's been exceptional

This is a small thing in the grand scheme of things, but yet again the kiosks are running out of hot food while the queues are still huge. According to the girl I spoke to it's happening every week as they are ordering less and less stuff to prevent wastage. WTF?! Surely it's better to have more than less? They could give the excess to the homeless shelters. FFS, it must cost them peanuts to buy a pie. This is an uber petty rant, but it just about sums them up right now.
Cutting costs all across the board.

Yip!

It's a small thing, but seems to sum us up at the moment. Not ordering enough stuff in case any goes to waste. The staff are getting dogs abuse every week because of it.

Surely though the catering is contracted out to a third party - I really doubt the board have made the decision to cut the number of pies getting cooked.

It will be a business decision based on falling attendances - complaining to the club might help bring some pressure onto the catering company mind you if people were really pissed off about it.

When a low crowd is expected and a sunny day forecast, we should have a barbecue area, where people can bring their own sausages and burgers. The club could charge a corkage fee and also have a kiosk selling oranges injected with vodka. The smoke would look like pyro and it would all be safe because no kids would be allowed so you wouldn't get them banging into things. They have their own section anyway. Another section for people who like to smoke chillums would be good (no tobacco obviously) and another for people who fart a lot.

The semi final draw has pushed the urgency of getting ronnie out on the back burner it seems. We need to focus more on the thistle game and winning the title, however pleasing it would be to dump that mob.
