If the board reckon that punters are going to stump up 500 large (& more) for the privilege of watching Sevco a couple of times a season, I suspect they're in for a rude awakening...
Not forgetting that they will probably remove the alleged £50 discount. My ST would then exceed £600.
They are onto plums if they think they will get away with that 50 quid increase
They'll market it as a price freeze since it's the same as a few years ago  . I still can't believe they marketed this year as a £50 discount.

Every penny is invested back into the club.
Define "club" lawwell?
If this ballbag doesn't invest in the "team" this January. I'm out until He's out and the rest of the shower of shampooe along with him.
It's become their plaything, the way it was with the old board. No development or strategic planning with regard to what is on the park and they are taking the fans for granted exactly the way the old board did.

Hard to put into words how apathetic I've become about supporting Celtic, the biggest crisis of faith in my lifetime. Sitting amongst a group long-term season ticket holders on Saturday. Some have untypically missed games this season and some were discussing giving up seats. When the core support don't care anymore, we are really in trouble. On the park, it will take a big event to facilitate change - like Aberdeen or Sevco winning the league. Off the park, I can only only assume a big event (like mass return of season tickets) will initiate change.

It's a difficult one. It really killed me to give Lawwell my £500+ this year and I'd have probably given up this season if I didnt sit next to my mates.

We need a root and branch clear out.

It was also highly questionable from a Trading Standards point of view.

I read recently that Celtic's annual playing wage bill is approx £16 million per annum. I cannot see how this is justifiable with whats on the park. Aberdeen is approx £4 million and to be honest the league table suggests there is not that much between the teams. The people who run this club should be held accountable for the dross that this large wage bill takes up. Th board cannot simply say in comparison to EPL, where we do not complete. I am taking about Malmo, Legia, Ajax to name only a few. Our scouting is terrible and that what needs sorted.
Collectively this is one of the worst first team squads that I can ever remember. No depth and no quality. The cheek they have to ask anywhere near 500 quid a month or 25 quid to get a ticket for whats on offer is a disgrace and they are in for a huge shock if proper first team squad investment is not made.
Oh yes i loathe every single one of them for what they have done to the club we love.

Maybe they should hand out a leaflet to the fans at the next home game asking if they'll renew next year with the £50 discount added and RD at the helm. ;)

We can't even give away 10,000 free tickets never mind have 10,000 punters waiting to get a shot at a ticket

I have no doubt a waiting list of some kind existed.

We sold out the 53 000 season tickets year on year and filled 60 000 seats for league games. ( when we had a team )

Seems unbelievable that not that long ago the stadium was not big enough to cope with demand.

Couple of season book holders I spoke to on Saturday after the game (I've not had a st for about 4 years now) were saying this is defo their last season.

They plan on getting season passes for the golf and just buying tickets for individual games when they want or are able to go.

Due to family and work I gave up my book and go to individual games but now the kids are a bit older and I no longer work weekends I still have no plans to get a season book. I'll be hiking most of the time instead.

The standard of football is shampooe - I'll always support them and always go to games but I'm not shelling out 500-600 large up front anymore.

DD is our biggest shareholder. He didn't " take over the club". He puts nothing in, and takes next to nothing out.

i dont know if he needs the money or not but i do know he`s not spending any on the club ,If he has got the largest shareholding and can dictate policy without losing because other shareholder aggregates cannot beat his voting rights how does that differ from being an owner ?
