I had a post on this thread from around the close of the Summer transfer window in 2014, can't find it now but it pretty much sets out how I feel now, only now I'm more pissed off.

I think the Board's approach to running the club and managing it's relationship with the fans is like that of a bad employer, the kind that squeezes every last drop of output from the workers while screwing them out of a fair return. Those employers take and take, chancing their arms to the point where absenteeism and an inability to retain staff - or strike action - forces the Bosses to reconsider. In the case of Celtic, the Board are the Bosses and the fans are the workers: Lawwell and co have been asset stripping for 4 years, expecting the fans to accept a year-on-year decreasing quality of return for their efforts. This is a cynical, calculated process to line their pockets by exploiting the dedication of the support; it's not an accident or the work of bumbling incompetents like the Kellys & Whytes. The bastards know exactly what they're doing and think so little of us that they feel sure we're mug enough to comply.

We have to vote with our feet and wallets to put a stop to this. It's the only language they understand.

As far as I'm concerned the supporters are the only ones that kept the ship afloat by spending money. Shares issues ,season tickets ,the list goes on.

Wouldn't it be good to have an owner who actually gave a toss about what he owned? I don't mean an Abramovitch type who throws untold millions at his manager (although that would be good...).
I mean an owner who could actually see and understand the horses-arse job that his CEO and his (the CEO's) puppet were making of the club, then do something about it.
By "doing something about it", I mean sack the pair of them.

I've been going to CP regularly since I was 8 years old and a season ticket holder since I was 18 and in that time I have never missed a game, barring illness, family emergency etc.

This season has been completely different. Since the Malmo games I have struggled to muster the the will to watch the pish we are seeing week in week out.

I toyed with the idea last season, but this will definitely be my last year with a season ticket, unless real changes are made.

The board have took us for granted for too many years now and the downsizing has got worse and worse since Seville.

I buy season tickets for myself, missus and 2 boys which comes to around the £1400 mark. I can think of better ways to spend that sort of money now.

Every penny is invested back into the club.
Define "club" lawwell?
If this ballbag doesn't invest in the "team" this January. I'm out until He's out and the rest of the shower of shampooe along with him.

You won't spend that kind of money next year . That's massive money for a family man to give to them thieves and con men.

And what about the hard sell they have been spouting for years and playing on people's loyalty and family traditions,to say they are not forcing people to pay is ridiculous . Celtic is a way of life for people .

I've gone from having a season ticket for about 7 years, finally gave it up due to working too many Saturdays but I was still going to every game I could.
By early stages of last season I'd pretty much chucked it after the legia/maribor debacle but started going again in the January purely because we had actually spent a few bob on GMS and Armstrong and hadn't sold van dijk so I hoped there may have been some slight possibility of building a team.
This season I've been to 1 league game plus qarabag, malmo and molde games.
I was planning to head along to the thistle game-but I was sitting watching the Dundee Derby and came to the conclusion that watching that full game would probably be more entertaining. So I never went.
This is what the board have done to my willingness to go and spend my money on the club. I can't be alone.

Not forgetting that they will probably remove the alleged £50 discount. My ST would then exceed £600.

They are onto plums if they think they will get away with that 50 quid increase
