Makes sense. Said for a while that the strategy seemed to be to stir enough discontent so that our main shareholder, for example, would walk away saying we were ungrateful.

Maybe apathy isn't what they were expecting as they downsized the support's expectations too effectively.

Replace our major shareholder with moneyed celtic supporters with an eye on the team.

Chase our ludicrously overpaid CEO, and clear the boardroom of the deadwood.

Appoint a proper, professional football manager to be in charge of all football operations.

Watch the attendances rise, as folk come to realise that the powers that be actually care, and the manager crafts a team fit to wear the hoops.

I know it may be a bit simplistic but we all keep harping on about the board not giving a eff about fans these days so why aren't we finding ways of making our voice heard?
Could perhaps an email campaign from season ticket holders stating their intention to withdraw their cash from next season unless the cheating, once the appeal date has passed(and maybe even the slip in the standard on the field) are dealt with?
The only thing they care about is money so a threat to hit them where it hurts might at least get some kind of response

Won't hold my breath but something needs to change. We are going nowhere under this board. Give us someone who wants to take advantage of our world brand and let us get a better team on the park please.

Not doubting Timomouse in anyway shape or form here but any of the other guys close to the club aware of this?

I really hope it's true and people step in that want to actively take the club forward.

Just the company Timmy, not the club. :arrr:

I don't usually like change, but hell yeah, if this is true.

this is where we have to be careful what we wish for. I'd love change, but only if it makes us better.
