Quoting limited to 3 levels deep
Google John Collins six pack ,some argument with his goalie Simon Brown.
I recall thinking JC overdone the whole six pack whilst still playing and latterly lost required mobility, it's wasn't a footballers body.
A six pack is a sign of low body fat and lean muscle mass - something you would expect of a professional footballer who trains every day and eats well. Fair enough if you mean he added too much upper body muscle, but IMO almost every pro footballer should have a six pack.

Butcher has made a spectacular mess of things at Hibs.

Shame.

The hibs players are ripping the pish out of butcher. If they go down he should just bin the bulk of them and start again.

Butcher has made a spectacular mess of things at Hibs.

Shame.
Spectacularly stupid appointment for them to make - ironically they'd have been safely clear of the relegation zone by now if they'd kept Fenlon in place till the end of the season - a pish manager on the whole but his team clicked often enough to have picked up a few wins and keep them safe.

Butcher was just the wrong man for the job - he works well with a team full of battlers working to get the ball to a natural poacher....bringing a manager like that in to work with a squad of shirkers with nothing resembling a finisher in their ranks was never going to work out. They'd have been far better letting Fenlon bumble on till the end of the season letting his players delude themselves that they're a good passing side and then can him in the summer - that way they'd at least have given Butcher an opportunity to gut the squad and bring in players that can implement his style of hoofball effectively.

Still, if/when he gets them relegated at least we can hope he gets to recruit some grafters and mount a serious challenge for the Championship next season

.
Was just watching the highlights there, and thought they were excellent
Ciftci was a very impressive player today.
The bottom of the league is proving to be rather interesting this year

Maybe they brought him in thinking that he'd make a team of slackers up their game. Sadly, they're just crap.

I think he should get next season. Hibs could be battling in the top half if Butcher is backed financially, imo.

Hibs do back their managers financially. And they spend £200,000 on James Collins.

Didn't realise how close it was between 7th and second bottom of the league. Things could get interesting if Kilmarnock get docked points.

Butcher is paying the price for his honest assessment of the squad at Hibs.

They've chucked it under him.

Actually, I've a lot of time for Butcher - irrespective of relegation, or whatever, I hope he gets the chance to gut the current Hibs squad and see if he can do something at Easter Road.

Don't post often (this will probably prove why!) but can't help think there maybe a silver lining, possible incentive even, for hibs getting relegated. Can anyone else see a possible financial benefit for them playing in a league they'll be fighting to win, along with old foes hearts? Increased gate money possibly.. sponsors might strangely get more exposure...
Obvious downside of getting stuck down there right enough!

Things would become less interesting if Kilmarnock were docked points.

A couple of round of draws in the next fixtures leading to a last day shoot-out when any of 5 could get sucked into the play-off spot would be best for TV and casual observers.

Hibs away to Ross County a week on Tuesday could effectively be the fixture that decides their fate ...especially if Hertz suddenly lose their motivation and lose their remaining fixture to gift 3 points each to St Mirren, Killie & Partick
