Hibs have been relegated before right? was it big feck who got them promoted?

They are both good away days but really a club of hibs "size" should be no place near the drop zone. Butcher obviously thought his hibs team was safe and started going on about what players were no use and that they would be leaving only for him to go back to said players and ask them to do a turn for him. Terrible man management.

By looking at the league table if hibs get a win on Saturday it really puts any team from 7-11 in the play off space correct?

I presume the play off is a 2 leg game?

Only Hibs or Kilmarnock can go into the play off now. It is a two legged game against the winner of the QotS/Falkirk v Hamilton play off.

Just realised how much the set-up of the playoffs favour the Premiership team :ponder:

Looking at the league table again I see my mistake :comp:

If it was a choice between QotS , Falkirk, Hamilton , Hibs or Killie - who would we all like to see in the SPFL?

Gutted we lost tonight. Don't know what happened at half-time but for some reason the players just seemed a bit tired...
Most of them were unused to being up so late on a school night and the younger ones were quite upset that they missed their bedtime story.

Poor wee Barry backwards isn't getting the Blackpool job. UTD have turned down Blackpools approach for Jacie Mac.

up on the roof!!

Hibs have scored three goals in their last nine league games

have managed one point in their last eight games

have picked up four points in the last twelve games since their last win...that was in February at home to Ross County...they haven't scored first in a game since then

have only scored more than one in a single game in those 12..3-3 draw with Motherwell..

they're dooooomed!!!!

Hibs were challenging St Johnstone for top 6 if I'm not mistaken. So Butcher must have won some games with those same players who have now embarked on 17 games without a win. Strange from the Manager perspective even if the players he has are rubbish. He gains the players then loses them.

Anyway I would if given the choice pick Hibs to stay up. Kilmarnock abstained on Sevco and I would like to see Hibs rather than Motherwell challenging us along with Aberdeen. Having said that the ref for that game is the well known semi skimmed hun Craig Thomson so expect a Hibs player sent off while Kris Boyd gets the penalty early doors just to make sure.

Anyhow The future is Celtic the future bright its green and white.

Hibs seem to be the popular choice, agree its the best day oot / stadium although on the handful of times I have been to easter road we have either drew or got beat :(

Think they looked doomed myself and destined for the "play off"

Hibs to go down please as Killie would guarantee Sevco 12 points

Very much doubt that would help them in the grand scheme of things.

I was talking to a mad Jambo on holiday here last weekend - he has bet a Grand at 3/1 on Hibs to finish 11th, above Hearts - he was close to a heart attack literally last weekend , a bit more confident now !!
