I'm delighted for Thistle, they are a properly run club who learnt from their near death experience in the 90s and were screwed out of a couple of million because of the SPLs idiotic 10,000 seater stadium criteria.

They might have only won 8 games but they were unlucky in many of their draws, until Christmas I thought they lacked a cutting edge.

I hope Hibs do get relegated, Rangers aren't guaranteed to run amok in the championship, if Hearts start as they are now & Butcher gets the chance to rip Hibs apart & start again they could deny them promotion.

Whilst the title race is a non event in the top flight in Scotland, there is plenty of competition throughout the game.

I would laugh my hole off if Hibs got relegated.

Developed a real dislike for them the last few years and love watching them eff things up.

Hibs or Killie for the playoffs.

Both great away trips, but to be honest wont be sad to see either of them go down.

I dont understand how clubs can consistently eff things up. Hibs have gone through so many managers and its just failure after failure, yet other clubs can change manager and still seem to get better.

Look at St Johnstone, they've gone through Coyle, McInnes, Lomas and now Wright while barely missing a step. They've taken Wotherspoon from Hibs who looked a total diddy, and he now looks OK, conversely Liam Craig has gone from being quite good to a total diddy at Hibs.

Bizarre.
IMO some clubs just have a lot of baggage about their history that prevents them from dealing with the reality of where they are and what they need to do to survive. Hibs & Aberdeen have been the worst offenders in recent years I think.

So called lesser clubs like St Johnstone, Ross County, ICT etc are more rooted in the reality of being provinicial clubs with a limited fan base that have to make the best of their lot and don't get too hung up on having to play ugly to survive at times.....whereas Aberdeen, Hibs, Hearts, Dundee Utd, Dundee and even Dunfermline have at various times been guilty of living on past glories and assuming that their "big club" status will re-assert itself any day now.

In reality these clubs need to wake up and realise they have to work just as hard at uncovering cheap talent and making the best of a limited squad as the clubs with less historical baggage do.

for the fact that they completely fecked up against Hearts - Hibs deserve to go into the play off - but I think they will sneak a win on Saturday

Would prefer Hibs stayed up but can see Killie getting a draw-Hibs couldnt score in the proverbial barrel of fannies.
Mate used to work at Killie on the backroom staff-Alan Johnson and Sandy Clark are pair of pumpkins but that wont come as a surprise to anyone

Well i do love my cider,no doubt about that,if i am on an all dayer its Strongbow,up to 10 pints its 6%,up to 8,7.2%. in an evening or afternoon.
Massive fan of red wine,3 or 4 bottles are no problem,do love the old Tennants Lager, had a few of them up in the Highlands in the first week of April.

As for the SPL,we have to play the long game, given time Rangers and Hearts can be a power again, and Aberdeen will move along, but is STILL totally up the Bhoys to fly the flag in the Champions League! When i have a few ciders or red wine i think we can get to the last 8,when sober i just hope we can make it into the Groups again and take it from there!

I agree. I went to see Hibs v Aberdeen at Easter Rd a few weeks ago with a Hibee mate and Hibs were eye-bleedingly awful. They just didn't look capable of scoring a goal and the crowd really started turning on them when Aberdeen went 1-0 up.

If Killie score first I really cant see Hibs getting two.

It would be rather funny to see Hibs go but the opportunity to see the end of Killie is too tempting - hope they go down.

Hope Kilmarnock go down and stay down. Despicable shower of Errshurr huns. And Boydchenko would fulfill his desire to drop a division, so it's a win/win situation.

I appear to be in the minority, but I'd really like to see Hibs get their feckin' act together.

Hibs have been relegated before right? was it big feck who got them promoted?

They are both good away days but really a club of hibs "size" should be no place near the drop zone. Butcher obviously thought his hibs team was safe and started going on about what players were no use and that they would be leaving only for him to go back to said players and ask them to do a turn for him. Terrible man management.

By looking at the league table if hibs get a win on Saturday it really puts any team from 7-11 in the play off space correct?

I presume the play off is a 2 leg game?
