Will Flaherty's in Barcelona show the game I was told it's better and cheaper than the Michael Collin's pub?
james, i'm going back a few years here but in my experience they'll show the game on the big screens if there is no english football or rugby side in action. if there is, the celtic game will possibly be shown on the black & white portable in the corner. it is a theme irish bar just off las ramblas serving uk stag and hens parties with all day cooked breakfasts. more central/convenient perhaps but it's certainly not better imo. i believe the guy who runs flahertys also tried to cash in on celtic fans in seville.

however, the michael collins is a celtic pub and will always show celtic first. as for price, much of a muchness.

They are showing it mate

Obviously it's advisory to phone and make sure it's on before you go along. It's run by an Irishman too so there are plenty of English-speaking staff. Can be contacted at +48 0 22 654 66 56 or jimmybradleys@gmail.com.

At happy hour (6pm-7pm) they do pints of Zywiec for 8zl which is about £1.60 at the moment. Na zdrowie :coelho:

In Barbados the now folks, it's not peak of season and a lot of places are closed. I know it's unlikely but does anyone know if there's anywhere here likely to show the Rennes game on Thursday? Cheers. Stevo
The Ship Inn, in St Lawrence Gap mate  Has all the sports channels. Only place I could find, it is just on the corner along from the small supermarket coming from the Turtle Beach end ;)
 excellent mate, thanks for that! Staying in the gap so that's going to be right handy. Hopefully it's worth the bother and we don't concede in the first three minutes as usual
The Barbados CSC used to show matches at The Coach House in St James Bay near Sandy Lane. Emails to the CSC contacts are returned undelivered so I assume they have folded. I'm going out there in a month. Could you let me know if you find a place where you can see the matches?

Does anyone know of anywhere in Paris showing the game? I'm in the North of the city (Simplon) but I can catch the Metro to wherever it is.

Depending where you are there's the Cock Tavern at Euston, the Sheephaven in Camden/Mornington Crescent, the Marquis of Granby on Shaftesbury Ave, Yucatan in Stoke Newington or the White Bear in Kennington

Ta. Im in SE1; Southwark. Nearest is White Bear but spoke to the owner today and they aint showing it... and havent showed any game ive ever wanted to see when ive been down here working. They need removing from the KDS wiki page tbh. Marquis of Granby ive been to for the Utrecht away debacle.. bit of a jaunt but might have to try that. Was quite a few bods in there for that game.. so might be my best bet. Thanks again!!! ND

I've only been there a couple of times but bog standard were league games. I'm surprised if they don't have ESPN.

You can go one stop to Waterloo and then get the Northern line to Mornington Crescent - the Sheephaven is only a couple of minutes from there and there's a usually a good squad in.

Done the rounds and none of the pubs nearby are showing it. The previously mentioned Ship Inn seems to be touted by most here as having been the place to get it, but they are closed for refurbishment. Most places have north American coverage of EPL and champs lge plus international games but no SPL or Europa. Just need to be content with sportsound on Tunein radio app and updates on here....

Might have a last minute winner, been chatting to a local guy who we met on the first day (right friendly folk here!) and he has got in touch with a convenience store which bizarrely let's u drink your booze on their patio and watch tv. To phone the manager in a half hour and he'll let me know if there's room at the inn and a signal to watch it

I'm in the Marquis and the barman says they are showing it. Good shout. Ta. ND.
