2 of us working up in Pitlochry, anybody know anywhere we can catch the game tonight
My mum and dad go to a caravan up by Pitlochry a couple of times a year mate. He was telling me about a pub he watched a Hoops game in last time he was up and he said it was pretty Hoops friendly. I will give him a buzz later and try to get the name for you.

I'd say the place will only open at 12 so if you're there at that time you should get a seat no bother

The Irish Times would definitely have it on man,tis just at the top of the main square
Hemingways too i would guess, savage quiet in there tho but the owners are a couple of Scots

I'm in NYC for the game against HMRC11.

There are (at least) two choices: Manhatten CSC at Demsey's or NY CSC at The Parlour.

Anyone recommend which to choose?

Also - anyone else taking along their taxman mask for the game?
:taxmancometh:
Thanks.

If you go to the Sun, drop a line in here as a review. I'm in Preston a lot and have had to use The Railway in the past. An alternative would be very welcome.
The Railway changed hands a few years ago, was Irish owned/run/spirited and home of Preston Emerald. Been revamped in to a more gentrified establishment - not been in so cant comment any further.

The Sun is now where the bhoys watch the games - its right in the middle of the student bar area - not draped in tic memorabilia etc but the natives are friendly
We opted for the Sun in the end. It's a fairly decent big boozer. We were in early and got a seat no problem. By kick off time the place was heaving with bhoys and had a great atmosphere. When we heard a lad shout "fook off Naismith you wee carrot" in a broad Lancashire accent we felt right at home. I'd definitely recommend it.

Celtic bar in Sheffield for the Hearts game? The bar on Celtic Bars is closed and no other info about the Sheffield CSC after a Google search!

Cheers

Market Inn, TS, up by the railway station. Better still, get a lift up on our bus leaving there at 3.45.
