I arrive in gortahork, county Donegal the day of the first leg against Astana. Any boozer in the area showing the game? Thanks in advance troops
Google Maps Link

Sean Óg Bar & Restaurant, Middletown, Derrybeg, Co. Donegal, F93 XY36, Ireland

18 minute drive, but public transport link as well on google maps link above. Might be somewhere closer mate but that's where I was for Scottish Cup Final. Amazing atmosphere
I wouldn't fancy my chances of getting any public transport (bar taxi) around Gweedore at 10pm on a Wednesday night, but if you fancy a bit of craic you won't go wrong in Sean Óg's. A bit closer there's a CSC in Falcarragh that meet in the Shamrock Lodge.

I'm fairly sure the game will be on terrestrial telly over here so any pub with a telly is likely to have it on
Thanks Ben and Connor. The wife will drive she said. Happy days looking forward to Donegal it's been too long.

I live in Cardiff but haven't been a member of the CSC for years. Not sure where they watch the games these days, their Twitter account still says Dempseys but that's no more. Looks like it might be O'Neills (which is on St Mary's Street, dead central)

Aye, just located their Twitter page just now. Hopefully they're geared up with CelticTV or some sorts.

Yup, O'Neills  A good mate of mine operates the Bristol CSC Twitter and we regularly retweet the South Wales CSC stuff.

Only thing is, if it's just a clandestine feed from Celtic tv, then I doubt it would be shown in a big pub chain :ph43r: You could always get s train to Brizzle

Yeah I was surprised to see them using O'Neills, we all know that a good CSC needs to use "creative" means to watch the games sometimes

Thinking about it though I guess O'Neills is the only "Irish" pub left in Cardiff nowadays. Not that a CSC has to be based in such a place, but certainly outside Scotland I don't think I've ever known one that isn't.

When you visited the Rio CSC we were in the Lord Jim English pub with union jack bunting outside it.

OK, I'll rephrase that.

I've never been sober enough to remember being in a CSC outside Scotland that wasn't based in an Irish pub

Long shot but, anyone know where I could watch the Astana game near Sarti, Greece? Couple of pubs showing matches but I reckon they'll be showing the Olympiacos game.

If you can find a bar with BeIn Sports it's on BeIn Sports 11 in English .
