Head in here, http://www.otools-phuket.com/ . It's just past karon beach. I don't think there's anywhere else. They might not have the channel but they've fast internet and they'll get you a good stream on a reasonably sized monitor at the bar.

not sure about heathrow specifically, but in general found most uk airports don't show live football............trick i've used in the past is to watch in the bar of the closest airport hotel, if you have enough time before check in...........
